The sever was great the food needed more seasoning ,and the portion size of the chicken parmigiana was too much. I could have shared that with the other two people at the table that ordered same thing .
There was a large party that they sat by us which ruined the ambiance of the evening. They were loud, drunk and annoying. Not what I would expect from a 5 star restaurant. They should not have sat them in the middle of the restaurant.
Service was great. The steak was overcooked. The crab cakes were okay. The service was great but the food was just okay.

Waiter/ Host was very good and personable. A relatively quiet atmosphere considering the hotel lobby location. A bit over priced compared to other steakhouses. Would have been nice to have a Whiskey/Bourbon menu to read over.
Best drinks and food! And ask for Jimmy Logan - he adds to an already wonderful dining experience!
We went for our daughter’s 45th birthday celebration. The food was excellent the lobster was huge. Our service was very good, however when it came time to box up our steak what came back from the kitchen was a different Bone! Also we are members of Landry select. Our waiter took my birthday points and applied it to the bill after it was paid and took that $25.00 as an extra tip! (We did tip at 21%) This is why I said you need to watch your server it took several emails and pictures of our check for Landry’s to correct this mistake. (Fraud?) Additionally The Palm refused to talk to me about my over payment at all!
9oz steak seemed a little small and a little over cooked. I was expecting a better tasting steak beaded on the price point. Also, there was no lobster Mac and cheese.
Friends birthday dinner to accommodate 7 people. Services was kind of slow and was told because they were short staff. Other than that the friend enjoy her birthday at The Palm.
It was my birthday dinner. I expected the service and food to be good. Well I was disappointed. We waiting over a hour for our food which came out cold . The bourbon glazed salmon was $40 dollars and the salmon was small and taste like pancake syrup was pour over it . The waitress wasn’t attentive to my guest and I as he should have been. We told the manager and he offer us shots . I will never come back to this place again . Very disappointed
We went for an early dinner to take part on the Italian celebration. We arrived and found out there is no valet - not at all The Palm's fault, so we self-parked and headed up. We were seated after a short wait. I ordered a Manhattan and my wife a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Without asking, they brought my wife the 9 oz instead of the 6 oz but, oh well. While seated and deciding what to order, we noted there were several fruit flies hovering in our area, which was a slight annoyance. Then as we were getting ready to order we asked for bread which set off a confused look on the part of our waiter who said they may not have bread. I asked him to check. He came back and said there would not be bread until 5 pm (it was 4:40). So we said fine. We would enjoy our drinks and have the bread at dinner, once we ordered. A few ninutes later another gentlemen came to our table and said.."well, actually, there is no bread until 6pm." Now keep in mnd, this was no early bird special pricing. This is the same menu and same prices as after 6. With these small things beginning to pile up, we both decided this could turn out to be a very expensive and very disappointing experience, similar to our last meal at the Palm (we were giving it another shot). So, I called Fleming's which was about 20 minutes away, who had a table for us . We paid our bill ($38 for the two drinks not including the tip I left). At Fleming's I ordered from the Filets of Fall special and had a great 3 course meal. I added for $28 the promotion they were having with Duckhorn Winery and had a 3 oz pour of Sauvignon Blanc, a 3 oz pour of Chard, a 3 oz pour of Merlot and two glasses of Cab. They would have kept pouring too if I decided I wanted more, but I certainly had my fill. This is the second disappointing evening at the Palm in the last two tries. If you want a special night out Fleming's is great, or if you want to spend more inline with the Palm, I would definitely recommend Chops.
Service could have been better as our waiter was inattentive due to servicing multiple areas! The food was fantastic and made up for the service.
Covid precautions in place. Food is freshly prepared with bread baked in-house and delivered to your table right out of the oven! Something for everyone - steaks, fish and pasta.
Chicken Parmigiana is fantastic along with everything else on the menu. The steaks are always perfectly cooked to your liking, and the service is always top notch. The cheesecake is the best in town flown in from NY.
Quiet Sunday. Service was good. Food was terrific. Expensive but no complaints about the quality.
Great place with amazing service
Love The Palm and Jimmy Logan is the best waiter on the planet! Filet never disappoints. And the bisque and sides of mushrooms and brussels were delish! Leftovers made a great lunch!
First time being there and waiter was excellent. Food was fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed my first visit.
The waiter I had started out okay, but in the middle and end of our dinner his behavior changed. He didn't greet us properly and he did not say good bye in the end. His conversation was very short, but certain customers, he was having a great conversation with. He act as if he was very uncomfortable with my husband and I, and we tried to make him feel very comfortable with us.

There have been some changes to the menu, especially the removal of several of my favorites, that has me questioning if I will return. Combine the menu changes with the reduced number of diners, and I begin to question the "value" of the entire experience.

Wedge salad was edible but not good.
Steak undercooked and overpriced. At a steakhouse your steak should always be cooked as requested.
Ordered med-rare and came out very rare.
Brussel sprouts too hard to eat.
Wild mushroom were very good.
Salmon was very good.
Maybe it’s just the pandemic, will try it again in the future.
We love the Palm! It was very sad to see the restaurant so empty. Andre the GM was stocking/ dusting wine bottles the entire time. Broke my heart!
My favorite thing on the menu was not available,hash browns. My filet was a bit tough, but I didn’t complain. Husband and brother said their steaks were very good. Got the au gratin potatoes since no hash browns. Not good. A disappointing evening for me, but we just chalked it up to the pandemic and how tough it’s been on all the restaurants.
Food was good, but service was very slow. We had a good time, but probably won't be back for a while.
Our meal was wonderful. Bread needed to be served with our meals. We had to ask for some. It was also superb. Would have been nice to have it sooner. Our server was an elegant gentleman.

Food was amazing, the service was impeccable. All staff were Covid compliant with masks and the restaurant was set up to allow patrons and still have social distancing practiced. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the evening!

Massively disappointed in this Palm restaurant, I’ve eaten at many of them and this was probably the most disappointing, the potato gratin was terrible and not a gratin at all, and grilled asparagus were burnt and limp and soggy. Steak came out on a giant plate with a tomato and it was blue rare instead of medium rare, overall totally disappointed in the food would not recommend eating here, but service was lovely
The restaurant was very nice. I truly enjoyed my lamb chop plate. I would highly recommend it.
Heard so many great things here and was rather underwhelmed. Service and ambience was fantastic but the food was disappointing. Both our steaks were overcooked. Sides were tasty which was very nice. Will probably try again and hope for a better outcome.
No service after sitting down for 10 minutes. Caesar salad wilted and had more croutons than lettuce. Lobster was cold.
We have eaten here several times while staying in the hotel. We had dinner both nights of our recent stay and our server Jake was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed the food and ambiance!! Everything was great!!!
