We were celebrating our new granddaughter- love The Palm and Kevin! Wonderful service!
Oh my goodness. Twenty min every time ordered drink. Tables so old and in such poor condition with circle leaves a dip. I spilled my drink because places on gap and table next to us spilled bottle of wine !!! Food mediocre. Fish fishy. What a disappointment
We went to celebrate our anniversary and the staff was amazing. Our server, CT (Christopher) was incredibly attentive and so nice. Excellent food and great value.
We asked our waiter how much for a glass of moscato and reisling and he told us 11-12 dollars and we get our bill and it was 19 dollars a glass so right there I see you don’t know the menu. The bread they gave us was cold and disgusting. It was like they two pieces of white bread ripped it in half and slapped in a basket. the crab cake I had I was great. My boyfriend had the chicken parmigiana it was disgusting.
overall bad experience
ordered appetizers and drinks which were good, but dinner entre salad just OK and a most disappointing expensive piece of salmon that was served room temperature/cool, and the restaurant was not even busy.. Magionno's so much better. Went back to Magionno's for dinner rather than the palm.
We were one of 4 tables on a Sunday at 12:30. We waited almost an hour for our lunch for 4. The 2 soups came quickly, and the entrees were unbelievably slow. Just wasn't The Palm experience of years ago, and that was disappointing. The food was delicious, but either the waiter didn't turn in the order or the kitchen staff was simply not doing a good job - and with just 4 tables in the entire place, none of this was due to anyone being busy.
Birthday dinner. Most of the food was great, but the steaks were very under-seasoned, they were disappointing
From the moment we greeted the hostess, my girlfriend and I were absolutely certain we made the correct choice for a date night. The service was super friendly and when we were brought to the table our server Jeffery was quick to greet us. He was super attentive and pleasing throughout the meal and overall the atmosphere of the place was the big takeaway. Everybody from the server assistants, hostess, and servers all were smiling and looked to be happy to help the guests. Will definitely be back!
Our server was amazing and, as always, the food was fabulous.
Staff were not telling patrons to get off their speaker phones. We had to ask them to.
So, we pull up and there is no place to self park and no valet. Then we go into the restaurant and are seated and no one brings us a menu for 15 minutes (had to go find someone to hand us the menu and walk with them back to the table). Then the waitress comes over with a scowl and asks if we are ready to order (no welcome, no greeting, no happiness whatsoever), and then we order and the appetizers come out fairly quickly, but the main courses take 30 minutes AFTER the appetizers were cleared away, and then we couldn't get ketchup for our side order of french fries despite asking 3 different people for the ketchup. And the place was 75% empty.
Had to flag down the waitress from across the room to get the check (she never stopped by to ask how our food was).
And then when we went outside to leave the valet was not there and we couldn't find our car.
Why would you go to this place?
Service so bad it makes you think you are on some sort of candid camera show that studies how much a person will endure before leaving.
Food was good and excellent service which has been consistent on my visits to the Palm. However, in my opinion they shouldn’t have tv’s on when having a fine dining experience.
No need to worry about service or food quality declining on a holiday. We had a delicious dinner with great service on New Years Eve. The restaurant was decorated festively and reservations were honored. Steak and lobster were prepared perfectly. Manager and General Manager greeted all guests and checked on us during dinner. The bar, that now reaches out to the lobby, was quite busy, but it appeared everyone was having a good time.
Great spot for NYE!!
This visit was spot on in every respect, upon arrival we were promptly seated in our favorite booth, service was both prompt and friendly with attention to our every need, we took a little time making some decisions and we were patiently guided on choice. The Manager Andrea came by and wished us a happy New Year and it was by far one of our best in some time!
Dined on NYE and I was not impressed with my meal. Overcooked...
I would attempt to try them again..
Excellent experience. Food a little pricey but service makes it worthwhile!
Was expecting a better quality steak for the price. Texture of steak was mealy. Three of steaks were overcooked and veal chop came out, was 90% fat, owner had it replaced with a filet which came out well done. Service was spotty. Will not be returning. For price, Bones and Chips is much better deal.
Always my families favorite !!! Great food , great service !!!!
It was my Husband and I first time and it was not just dinner; it was a
superb experience. I had the Lamb chops and creamed spinach. The entire time I was in food Utopia. Since we have returned home, we have told everyone about visiting The Palm Steakhouse when in Atlanta.
Previously the Palm has been an Atlanta favorite and one of the best steak houses in Atlanta. Incredibly disappointed in service and food quality. Entrees served at different times, food overcooked and overpriced for what we received.
Great steak. Best potato dish in town!
Excellent cheesecake and chocolate cake.
Not very crowded, perhaps because it’s in the Westin lobby and there are many great restaurants around. The food and service were perfect. And it was nice that it wasn’t too loud/busy.
Thank you for opening and working to make our Chr
Very expensive and tasteless. My food was cold and had to be sent back. All members of our party were disappointed with their entrees. We will not return.
I came here with my family on Christmas Day for dinner. Everything was great until right before our entrees came out. They were so busy so things were just not 100%. Food was delicious and drinks were great. Only thing that was not good with the service, but it was only because they were over booked.
Really poor service. My steak was medium well on one side and medium on the other.
Not worth the price.
This used to be one of the best steak house scenes in Atlanta, my oh my how the mighty have fallen
Amazing food and restaurant. We shared the ahi tuna appetizer, a 4lb lobster and the warm doughnut holes which were to die for! Our server Robert was the bomb.
Expensive for the atmosphere. Food and service was very good.
Had higher expectations. Service was good. Food quality was marginal.
all Palms are not the same. the staff was excellent and very nice, but the food was only fair. definitely did not taste as the many other Palm restaurants we have been to.
Incredible experience, as always! Thanks Andrei and Team!
I went for a group holiday lunch and the service was the worst I have received at any nice dining establishment in Atlanta. They forgot about our apps, then they brought our sides out with the apps and they sat on the table and got cold. We literally had to ask for everything, refills, app, soup and check.
We were treated extremely well // large crowd at restaurant with overload kitchen BUT food was excellent
Way too loud and just a bit too dark. Expensive for what you get, but that's a hotel for you.
Always consistently good. Very good steaks cooked as ordered and very trimmed and tender.
Fabulous restaurant. Pricey but WELL worth it. No matter what we order its cooked perfectly
First thing we noticed was no one was in the restaurant. Literally a total of six tables at 7:30 on a Friday night. Second, the wait staff was super friendly, but very forgetful. They would say “we will be right back with bread” or “let me get you a refill” and then never return. Pretty disappointing. Not the same Palm we used to go to.
