   Nice candlelit dining room. Food lovely except would have preferred a vinaigrette available with oysters. Otherwise great.

   Coverage of the rugby was being aired at the time of our arrival - luckily it wasn’t on for the whole of our visit. Booked for 6.30 but were able to get to our table for 6.20. Order for drinks and good was taken fairly promptly. The food was wonderful - looked good on the plate, was cooked very well and was full of flavour. ( Corn fed chicken/ Haddock).

   Everything was near perfect, I think the desert choice wasn't ideal and we're being over critical. Will definitely return for a romantic and tasty night out. Service was great too.

   Nice we went a few weeks ago and was good. So we went back, but this time they were quite busy, service wasn't great but that's because they were busy. Music was really loud, good vibes, but needed turned down a tiny bit just so you could hear what the person across from you was saying. Lovely spot and menu is great value, cocktails are nice. They did acknowledge they were busy and gave us a free round of cocktails which was a nice touch. We will go back and nice cosy vibe.

   Lovely spot for Sunday lunch Food and service really good Great cosy atmosphere and I would definitely recommend it Great handy location and great value considering it’s so close to the main shopping areas

    Given the previous reviews and the £££ cost rating of this restaurant, we were expecting a reasonably upscale establishment, it wasn't.. Standard pub food at best, very limited menu, very rustic decor. Disapointed
