   Restaurant GM shared his extensive knowledge about wine and beer selection. We were late diners and finished as last table for our special birthday night. Entire crew waited patiently for us to depart. All were very gracious. Every visit to Oyster Rock has been fabulous

   This place is not to be missed! The service is always excellent, and the food never disappoints. We like the other restaurants in the group (Boundary House, Clark's), but Oyster Rock is our favorite. The menu is much more creative and fresh. I had the fish tacos. They were quite filling and blackened to perfection. My husband had the pork sliders - also plenty of food. The BoomBoom shrimp was our appetizer. Wow, I am still dreaming about it. The coleslaw is boring, so I wouldn't order it again. It's pretty much your grocery store variety. It's an ample portion, but too sweet for my taste. Our server was friendly and attentive.    Food quality was outstanding. The variety of "specials" (non menu offerings) was more than any restaurant we have visited in a long time. Two appetizers and three of four "mains" were ordered from the evening "specials." They were delectable. Our server, Daniel, was a perfect "guide," from food to wine recommendations he completely satisfied our tastes. In addition, his service was excellent.
