   Entree portion size is very small. My friend ordered the scallops and there were only two small scallops on the plate. The dozen West coast oysters were very good.

   Crab cakes were maybe the best I ever had! We were a little disappointed in the ambiance, but that was forgotten by the time we finished our meal. Very nice.

    The value for the food was excellent. My wife had the crab cake with Kale salad and loved it. I tasted the crab cake and am a traditionalist, excellent accept it had pimentos & peppers. I like to taste ONLY crab. The portion was a very nice size. I had scallops and polenta. Again very nice portions for the money and excellent taste except they cooked them twice because they were raw in the middle. The chef was vey nice and brought me another batch, still not done enough so I took them home to cook them. I eat scallops often and know it's difficult to get them done just right, but there are local restaurants that are so consistent. Done right, they should melt in your mouth. We enjoyed the restaurant and be back.
