   Has we turn’t up with our 6month old in her pram the gentleman helped us down the stairs, the service was very good and the staff were attentive. Although there is no changing facilities they helped my wife make a makeshift one.

   Wow, went for a birthday meal and we did the 40% off early bird deal, and what a deal it was. The food was some of the best we have ever eaten. The service was lovely and there is a great vibe in the restaurant too. Thank you!

   The Ox was fantastic, beautiful steaks, delicious wines and attentive staff. Liv was really lovely and chatty which made the experience that bit better! The restaurant was very ambient and classy. I would highly recommend and cannot wait to visit again!

   I’d visited this restaurant pre pandemic while working in Bristol. Back in Bristol for a few nights on business and my fiancé tagged along. I wanted to take him to the Ox and he loved it as much as I did. We both had steaks, cooked to perfection. Triple cooked chips were great. He also had an octopus starter which he raved about. We had a glass each of a very nice Malbec which complimented the steaks really well. Staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive and the ambience was nice and relaxed but warm and welcoming. Highly recommend and we will be back next time we’re in Bristol.
