   Service staff were average at best. Didn't know her menu and was borderline rude a few times. Front of house staff also clueless... what is happening. The only ppl who knew what was going on were the senior staff. We would recommend further training. Food is very good though and so is the atmosphere except uncomfortably dark for dining - the sort of lighting may be ok for a lounge bar only. Would come back for brunch but not for dinner (which we have given two chances now).

   The Ottoman Room delivers on quality food and lovely ambience but the menu and its structure is expensive and disappointing. We arrive as a group of six to find that you are only given one option - a set menu- and it was expensive. $75 a person. There is a comprehensive mezzo menu as apart of it and four main dishes that you can chose from a list but you must chose an order as a table, not individually. We discovered that this was not good value as we had a vegan member and non-seafood eating member of our group. So they were unable to eat some of the mezzo. We found we ended up with piles of food we could not eat and yet we had a big bill at the end. BTW, the wine menu was also expensive and did not offer many options below $100 a bottle. We did not feel like we had the choice we should expect for this kind of money. They would be much better off if they are only going to offer a set menu to let people chose individual set menus to suit their tastes. I cannot recommend this restaurant to others and wonder how long they can last with this inflexible menu structure.
