We have an afternoon tea offer for only £15,95 per person.
The afternoon tea is served from Monday - Sunday from 12pm - 4pm*
Our restaurant offers a variety of smaller plates and big plates which you could share between your friends & family or have served as a classic starter, main course & dessert.
The bar serves a good variety of sandwiches & sliders, for just a snack you can also try our loaded nachos or dirty fries!
Our bar & terrace is the place to catch up with friends, wind down after a long day in the city or pop in for after-work drinks, it's all possible with us.
Our kitchen uses locally-sourced, quality, seasonal ingredients to produce our delicious dishes throughout the day.

Staff are friendly and helpful but unfortunately it doesn’t make up for the rather dreadful food. The quality of ingredients is really poor and tasteless, which is a pity as Bath is surrounded by local farms with quality fresh produce. A missed opportunity here. The filter coffee available is cold and watery, and you have to pay extra for a decent hot coffee from the bar. Smashed avocado on toast is served at a frigid fridge temperature, topped with an equally cold poached egg, and the tasteless bacon smelt slightly rancid. Unacceptable quality for the price we were charged. If breakfast is this poor it should be at the very least included in the room rate. Not charged at an extortionate additional rate.

Food was okay.. Steak was cooked to well done rather than the medium rare requested. Food took nearly 45 mins to arrive at the table, and restaurant was almost empty. Also food was overpriced.

Had an absolutely fabulous visit, we dined on a Monday night and our waitress Ellie was extremely helpful. Make sure to try her signature cocktail, it was the best we have ever tried, which Ellie kindly gave us as complimentary for my birthday. Food was also stunning and amazing value for money. Will be returning in the future on another visit :)

We booked lunch for 5 adults and 2 kids on arrival from the airport. When we called down to reception to ask something they said the crew at the restaurant were waiting for us - we were 15 mins late. The restaurant has approx 4 tables. We had over an hour weight before food arrived then more of our group joined and it took an equally long time. Food was average and service poor unfortunately. Breakfast in the hotel is better thankfully.

Very disappointing , as we booked for a birthday celebration, the restaurant was empty at lunch time apart from the two of us with what appeared to be some staff training going on, service was very slow and impersonal.

Visited 5th Dec with sister to celebrate our mum's 90th birthday. We had the christmas menu. Starters and desserts were both good, however the main course, roast turkey was poor. Roast potatoes were barely boiled let alone roasted. Gravy was also salty. Very disappointed.

Do not be deceived by the Entrance to the Hotel. The Food and the service was exscellent.

A lovely hotel restaurant with modern decor, but when we went (6pm on a Friday evening) it was empty. My son and I were the only diners in the place, which was a bit disconcerting, and even by 7:40pm when we were leaving there were no other diners. Staff were friendly and helpful though. Food was okay -I had the haddock and chips - the fish was a bit dry, but the chicken terrine starter was lovely and the prawn bruschetta was good too. Onion rings were undercooked. So overall a bit hit and miss.

We had an absolutely fabulous evening dining in the restaurant, yes it was quiet but that was our preference especially as it was my wife's birthday. The food was exceptional as was the service and attention, the complimentary glass of Prosecco was also a very nice gesture. My wife had the pork tenderloin with a vegetable side order and I had a lovely and generous dish of haddock, chips and peas. Drinks wise we added a pineapple cooler with ginger and lime which was delicious. All in all we both retired extremely well fed and feeling treated like really valued guests.
