   We were celebrating our 44th Wedding Anniversary with a couple of days in Stratford on Avon and booked our first night’s evening meal at One Elm. Although lively when we arrived, the restaurant at the rear of the venue was delightful. The staff were welcoming and friendly from start to finish and made it a very special night for us. The slow cooked beef pies were delicious and the mash smooth, buttery and creamy. As a bonus it was pie night so…2 for £25 (I joked that I know how to treat a girl!) We would thoroughly recommend One Elm for its friendly atmosphere, attentive staff and great food.

   Lovely welcome, able to have drink in bar area before being seated, good selection. Food was wonderfully prepared and presented. Wonderful wine selection

   Such a lovely lunch we had, a well filled beef and ale pie, a pleasant surprise, hot and tasty! The duck confit was a tat dry but the celeriac and cabbage base made up for it some. Service was great!

   We booked The One Elm on saturday evening for 2 other friends and we had the loveliest evening, the food and service were excellent and we had a lovely evening - will definitely return!

   A lovely lunch on a Saturday at The One Elm. Staff were really lovely, friendly and professional. Food selection was great with daily specials available. I enjoyed venison shepherds pie, and a delicious cherry pie dessert. We all thought our food was well presented and tasty.

   Stayed in Stratford-upon-Avon for a surprise birthday weekend and chose to have a birthday meal at The One Elm. Great choice including specials so we found it difficult to choose our meal! Fabulous service. Food didn’t disappoint. It was a really lovely meal and perfect for the occasion.

    Great atmosphere, warm, cozy and quiet enough to hold conversation. Wide range of foods on the menu and a choice of specials. Good drink selection. Some of the portion sizes were slightly small but that is my only criticism. What stood out was the excellent service. Attentive and friendly staff who could not do enough. Really outstanding.
