Our protection concept includes that from now on the entire gastronomic offer of THE OMNIA is exclusively available to our hotel guests.
Our Executive Chef Hauke Pohl is a master of his art: the art of setting the perfect stage for the synergies of different tastes and thus for the authenticity of local Alpine and seasonal quality products. Pur, uncomplicated, modern – often with a twist and flavourful nuances of faraway places.
We process only the best products. Due to the regionality and to our focus on quality rather than quantity, we strongly promote sustainability.
Our small but excellent à la carte menu fulfils all preferences and offers intriguing options. Additionally, all dishes excel in vegetarian finesse – however, for those who love fish and meat we will create delicacies that harmonise perfectly with the menu.
Reservations for 6 people require a pre-selected menu

Wir wurden sehr angenehm betreut und das Essen war ausgezeichnet.
Die Atmosphäre im Lokal ist uns etwas kühl vorgekommen: Steintisch, keine Blumen, keine Deko, dafür auch kein unnötiger Schnickschnack!

The experience at the Omnia was the meal highlight of our trip. The atmosphere was lovely and fun. The wait staff could not have been more professional, as well as friendly and helpful. We chose a la carte and have some fantastic dishes. Not a single mediocre choice. Great wine and cocktail selection. A wonderful and memorable evening.
We had the five-course tasting menu. Food and wine pairing were average. Overall experience not as good as After Seven, the other tasting menu we had in town.

Sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre mit grossem Sofa und Kaminfeuer in der Mitte des sehr grosszügigen Raumes. Wir hatten das Chateaubriand, das in zwei Varianten serviert wurde, es war ausgezeichnet. Besonders nett fanden wir den Pralinéwagen zum Schluss, von dem man sich ein paar hausgemachte Süssigkeiten für zu Hause mitnehmen konnte. Sehr aufmerksamer Service. Insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Glorious meal! We opted in for the multi-course and it did not disappoint in any way, shape or form. Each delicate serving that came out was even better than the one before it. The food was incredible, the plating was absolutely exquisite and the staff was wonderful (warm, friendly and welcoming). We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the meal and loved the sweet treats to go at the end of the night. The Omnia is a wonderful restaurant and I'm thrilled that we got to experience it!

Auch das Wellness Angebot sowie das feine Essen haben das ihre dazu beigetragen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Spectacular dining experience . Highest degree of service . Food is carefully constructed and well prepared . An Absolute home run for zermatt and Switzerland for that matter . Omnia is a most definitely recommended .

We celebrated our engagement here and it was absolutely fantastic. The wine pairings are the best we had ever experienced. Even better than other Michelin star restaurants we have been to. Highly recommended.
The food was very good and quite sophisticated, although a little bit repetitive over the ~10 plates. The service, however, was not really on the level of the food. It was not bad, but it felt like most servers were apprentices and not experts.
Very modern , like a set from a James Bond movie, perfect service , we took a la carte since that we didn’t want to eat that much, As another traveler mentioned the appetizers were not of our liking. ( lobster bisque was super strong very fishy and the foie gras soup was really a very salty duck broth with some poached foie gras floating). Then I took the lamb that was really very good with a wonderfull sauce. But the scallops appetizers was average. Didn’t take the deserts. Overall please study the menu before you go because everything else was perfect just not our particular taste that evening
A great experience. Another one of Europe’s fine dining establishments. We had one of the private tables, the service was outstanding and the 7 course (actually was like 12) with wine paring. Everything was perfect. Congrats on a job well done! Anyone looking for the best food and wine experience in Zermatt, this is your place.
Outstanding meal while on vacation! Very accommodating service. We came with four children and they had nice menu for children as well. There were no misses in our meal, and we enjoyed the wines. While pricey, when taking into account the quality of food and location it offers a certain value.
Wir hatten das Vergnügen im Restaurant Omnia zu speisen. Vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung war es ein grossartiges Erlebnis. Die Speisen gehören zum kreativsten und besten, was wir in Gourmet-Restaurants essen durften. Der Service ist freundlich, überaus aufmerksam, engagiert und hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich.
Das Essen und das Gesamterlebnis waren seinen Preis auf jeden Fall wert. Ich hoffe, wir haben wieder einmal die Möglichkeit im Omnia Gast zu sein.
Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, die Einrichtung des Restaurants leider ziemlich geschmacklos. Erinnert eher an ein Büro als ein gutes Restaurant...

‘Bondesque’ ambience combined with excellent food, imaginatively presented created an outstanding evening. The whole experience was indulgent from start to finish.
The overall experience was wonderful - the food was delicious and had some unexpected twists, the service was impressive, attentive and accommodating; the only thing we did not love was the ambience -- it would be nice if there was even music playing, but it generally felt a bit stiff. That would not detract us from recommending this experience to others though.

Das Essen war hervorragend, so wie der Service auch. Die Atmosphäre in dem sehr kalt eingerichteten Saal hat uns nicht gefallen. Wo blieben die Kerzen und die Blumen? So wie auch die Sitzgelegenheiten, wenn man zu zweit einen netten Abend verbringen möchte und danach an einen 6er Tisch gesetzt wird. Für uns hatte das Omnia zu wenig Charme.
Wir gehen seit 6 oder 7 Jahren ins Omnia und wir wurden noch nie enntäuscht. Service Top. Essen ist ein kulinarischer Höhenflug par Excellence
Ohne das Restaurant im The Omnia würde mir in Zermatt definitiv etwas fehlen. Die motivierte Küchencrew unter Hauke Pohl überrascht immer wieder mit neuen kulinarischen Glanzlichter. Die Menüs sind jeweils perfekt abgestimmt, dazu gibt es immer auch eine gute, oft auch spannende, Weinbegleitung.
War alles gut
The Omnia bleibt auch nach nach meinem neuerlichen Besuch, im Januar 2019, mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Zermatt!
It was a great birthday dinner I had. I did it on my own and I didn’t feel left out or lonely.

- all the meals were served very nicely
- à la carte menue only has 3 starters and 4 main dishes to choose from, otherwise you have to go for the menue with at least a 5 courses
- amuse bouches: very good
- bread basket: hugh basket with a variety of breads and butters, nothing special and nothing I would like to eat in such a restaurant, but given the small sizes definitely needed
- starters: very high priced for what you get, very small portions, unfortunately we didn't like them so much tastewise
- main course: very good, good value for the price
- dessert: rather small portions as well, was okay but nothing out of the ordinary
We would not go there again and would not recommend it either.

Quatrième fois chez Omnia et toujours le même plaisir de la decouverte; personnel charmant; seul petit bémol: un pouilly fumé 2014 qui n etait pas a la hauteur et qui devrait être retiré de la carte des vins.
I was order a vegetarian course. It was a creative and delicious dish. Pairing wine selection was also good.
