   A true luxury experience from start to finish. The chef’s choice 4 course meal was wonderful - so many unique flavor combinations in perfectly portioned dishes. The staff was top notch and each server took the time to chat with our party and make us feel welcome. This will certainly be a dining experience to be remembered

   The ambiance and modern interiors are fresh, simple and sophisticated. We loved having the option of choosing between a fixed menu and a la cart. The menu itself is unique and interesting with a twist with focusing on vegetables as the main course with the option to include meat or fish options. The filet mignon was the best we’ve ever had…perfectly seasoned and cooked to absolute perfection. The wine selection had a great variety and all the staff we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable about the various menus. Overall a wonderful dining experience with zero negative or cunstructive feedback.

   Einer der wunderbarsten Abende seit langem. Neben dem tollen Essen und Ambiente sticht vor allem der professionelle, herzliche und authentische Service hervor. Schweizer Charakter der Hospitality, wie man es sich wünscht. Ich hatte die Ehre, in vielen tollen Restaurants der Welt zu sein, aber das Omnia wird mir im Herzen und Erinnerung bleiben.     Das Essen war ganz ok, das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis jedoch an der Grenze. Die Weinkarte viel zu überteuert. Die Küche von Hauke Pohl (Sternekoch im Jan 2020) war um einiges besser und damals stimmte auch das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Die Bedienung war hervorragend und das Ambiente war sehr angenehm. Schade ist es keine Sterneküche mehr.

    Amazing service and presentation. Love the local ingredients and the explanation of the dishes. Really special dinner in zermatt. Just don’t love the dividers on the tables. Not sure if part of decor or Covid. Def recommend though

    From beginning to end the experience was exceptional. The hotel is lovely - we were so disappointed that we were not able to stay but will be back. From an outstanding wine and cocktail list to a menu that reflects why it is Michelin rated, the dinner. Thank you!

    The staff was amazing, but I still cannot believe how bad the food was. I ordered a “taco” as an appetizer and it was everything but a taco. The flavors were average, but it was so big that it made it impossible to eat. When you serve such strong vinegary flavors it has to be something small and delicate. As an entree I ordered the pumpkin raviolis (chef suggestion)…. The same issue with the size and the plating. I’m not a chef but I have been fortunate to eat in very nice restaurants since I was a child, I love cooking and watching cooking competitions since I was 5. Saying that, I will never serve a dish where the pasta is bigger than the plate. The plating was just wrong and the pasta itself not well made and cooked. Finally dessert…. The “best” of the 3 dishes. But the meringue was just so wrongly made. You could feel every grain of sugar on it. A meringue has to be delicate, crunchy and smooth at the same time. It was the only bad dining experience I had during my trip in Switzerland. That’s why I’m writing a review, I was so disappointed. Specially, because it was my last dinner in Zermatt and I was really looking forward to it.

    An absolutely delightful experience, one truly memorable dinner. You go off the Bahnhofstrasse into a tunnel leading to an elevator taking you straight up to the hotel. The very professional receptionist quickly takes care of your coats and leads you to the fireplace in the restaurant where you have a glass of champagne while musing over the outstanding menu (vegetables are the main actors on the menu, while protein comes as options; believe me, you will not miss protein). The ambience is sophisticatedly elegant, modern and clean. The presentation of the food is simply stunning, and the food itself highly creative and outstanding. Impeccable service by the entire staff, finding exactly that point of being pleasantly connective yet not becoming intrusive. This has been one truly memorable experience!

    We had the chefs tasting menu and wine pairing. The staff took the time during each of the 5 courses to describe food and wine. They went into detail describing the background of the wine, wine makers and how it complements the food. It was a wonderful experience and the food was excellent. Highly recommend A+

    Truly an incredible experience from start to finish. Timo, the manager, and all of the servers were very attentive and kind. I cannot wait to go back next year.     Last minute booked the 4-course tasting menu (meat and veggie) during a Zermatt trip. Wonderful wine pairing, deliciously succulent proteins, balanced broths, great earthy / comfort flavors for a meal that didn't have dairy.     The staff were very attentive from the moment we walked through the doors of the Omnia hotel. The food was excellent and a real treat, compliments to the chef, best Wiener schnitzel l have ever tasted . We didn’t feel rushed and had an amazing evening. Very memorable and will always be a highlight of our holiday. I will be recommending the dining experience to anyone l know who is going to visit Zermatt. Not to be missed, treat yourself to first class service with a team who know how to make your evening very special

    Wir haben einen wunderbaren Abend im The Omnia verbracht: herrliches Essen verbunden mit einem aussergewöhnlich aufmerksamen und persönlichen Service. Ich war noch nie in einem Restaurant, in dem sich das Service Team so viel Zeit für die freundliche und persönliche Interaktion mit den Gästen genommen hat. Bravo!
