Our menu price is $250 per person, with a $100 deposit due at booking. A 20% service fee is added to all checks. Each omakase includes 18 courses prepared and presented by our master sushi chefs. In addition to the omakase dinner, we offer optional sake, wine, and spirit-free pairings to accompany your experience. The Omakase Room at Sushi-san is also proud to offer over 100 Japanese whiskies, including rare, limited, and celebrated editions. Gluten-free diners can be accommodated. We are unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan diets. Seatings are at 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. We do a fair amount of omakase, and have even been to Japan, but this was hands down the best omakase I’ve had!

From start to finish absolutely amazing. I can’t praise the staff enough, chefs and servers amazing. The wine pairing was some of the best I’ve had.

This is my fifth or sixth time dining at the Omakase Room. In my opinion it is unquestionably the best sushi experience in Chicago. It never disappoints and never fails to impress. I wish I could afford to eat there nightly.
