Dining at The Old Spaghetti Factory is an experience. For decades, they have invested meticulous attention to their unique designs and authentic vintage décor. Every location is adorned with antique lighting, intricate stained glass displays, large colorful booths, and an old-fashioned trolley car for guests to dine in. A family business since 1969, their founding philosophy — “a memorable dining experience doesn’t have to cost a lot of money” — is perhaps more relevant now than ever.     I have been going to this restaurant for over 35 years. It's as tasty now as it was when I was a child. It brings back happy memories. I love the meals which consist of soup/salad main course and dessert (ice cream scoop). While the restaurant has been updated the same ambience is there. Love going!

    Always enjoy the Old Spaghetti Factory! Today,, we went to the Diamondback game , with several friends, then rode the light rail to the OSF for dinner ! Wi e was fabulous. Dinner was great and definitely filling! Great evening with friends!

    We very much enjoyed our dinner. We had not been there in a very long time. Everything was very nice. Food was delicious. Portions are good sizes. Service was very good.

    It’s been several years since dining here so we decided to give it another try today. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. Our food took over an hour to arrive after ordering. Our server was very kind but completely overworked with too many tables. The food was mediocre at best and for the price not at all worth it. Even our bar drinks took roughly 15 minutes to arrive. For good Italian food there are so many other great options in Phoenix and we don’t plan on returning here.

    Old Spaghetti Factory was superb! The server and host were both kind and helpful. The food was delicious and served quickly in spite of the busy dinner rush. 10/10 would recommend.

    We had a party of 20 people with one server and no side help. It took 20 minutes to get water and 45 minutes to get bread. The individual server was great, but it’s unacceptable that there was no extra help.
