   I had never been here before and I'm not sure I would go back. The food was expensive and average. The outdoor area is nice but it is in a car park. There's only one unisex toilet. However, they did let us stay there for over 4 hours and continue to order drinks which was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

   the food was not good, we were the only guests not served any bread, everyone’s candle was lit when they arrived except for us. we felt very isolated from the other guests especially as a younger demographic.

   Hi, and thanks for your feedback, which we will take on board. Unfortunately, social distancing guidelines and public health advice restrict our ability to create the ideal dining room atmosphere. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your food and we may have mistakenly not given you bread, but we do our best to ensure at the various check-back stages of your meal, that everything is satisfactory, maybe if you had made us aware of our shortcomings we may have been in a position to rectify them.

   Food was great, staff was friendly environment is nice maybe if there was a light jazz in the background it would set a nice mood but overall was a perfect time

   Very nice location and friendly staff. The quality of the food was pretty poor. The Pathé in the Tapas platter was frozen, the vegan burger overcooked and the warm chicken and bacon salad came cold. The berries crumble was good.

   Hi Sean, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your meal. I remember serving your table myself and I don't recall any issues with your food at any of the check backs I did throughout your meal; It's a pity because we always appreciate the opportunity to correct whats not right , allowing us to learn from our mistakes.    We were really excited to visit this restaurant for the first time. There was no ambience as no music was playing. No one checking on us during our food. We both got the steak for 27 euro, it was extremely salty, fatty and covered in oil. Will not ever be returning

   I went with two of my friends. The waiter misunderstood my order and didn’t bring everything so I had to wait until my friends were finished with their food to get mine. I ordered the grilled mushroom and he told me it came with roasted baby potatoes but he only brought 3 plain grilled mushrooms. The food was bad altogether. Salad was incredibly oily, the pizza was tasteless - I had to put ketchup and salt on it in order for it to be edible. The staff wasn’t very professional either, and we couldn’t pay the check separately. Will not eat there again.

   Thank you for your review. I am sorry you did not enjoy your recent experience, unfortunately due to the stop/start nature of the restrictions in Dec we felt it would be unfair to bring back our full staff for such short bursts & instead decided we would cope with the increased numbers of customers using the existing team.     Very pleasantly surprised with everything, great service and atmosphere, the food was excellent! Highly recommended for a quiet dinner date.
