After many excellent meals here this one was very disappointing. Our table of four ordered simultaneously 2x2 but the first couple received and finished their meals 25 minutes before we received ours. My meal was almost cold when it arrived and was missing some of the inclusions of one of the other meals - we ordered the same dish. Then our desserts arrived or two of the three did. We waited another ten minutes before enquiring and were told there had been a mistake and they thought it had been delivered. The final straw was a large group was placed next to us as we were finishing our meal (there was space elsewhere) and we then could hear each other talk as they were a boisterous group. We left early from out night out very disappointed.

We ordered 4 entrees, oysters kilpatric and calamari--excellent! 10 mains ordered. 2 rib eye meals --were only half Rib eye serve and the 'hand cut potatoes' were not hand cut and one was served with mushroom sauce instead of pepper sauce! Meals did not look like the images posted on the hotel website. 1 porterhouse meal--steak was Ok but 'hand cut chips' were not hand cut and disappointing! Burger meal was good Lamb meal V good Gnocchi with slow cooked lab delicious Roast pork V Good Deluxe Parma V good Flat head and potato cakes V Good Garlic prawns and jasmine rice-Average ( prawns too small) 1 dessert Crème breula was shared by 3 and Loved!!

The salmon and prawn linguine with chilli was tasteless and underwhelming. The meal was not hot either. The mint tart was rubbery texture. The banana and chocolate pudding was ok. The rest of the meals were good.

Very disappointing 😞 I had the eye fillet it was tasteless and burnt on the outside, the vegies and gravy were horrible. My son had a burger which was burnt. Usually I have a great experience ☺️ But not this time 😞

Great food. Good service. Unfortunately prices now mean that a weekly Parma meal at what is a PUB is no longer affordable.

We’ve been coming here for 40 years. Never had a bad meal. We dine every 6-8 weeks. Love it here. Great service, atmosphere and the meals are scrumptious xx
