   Food and service was outstanding. What we don’t like is the what they charge for drinks. For example, we had a vodka on the rocks with seltzer. We got charged for the seltzer. I don’t know of any place in GB that charges for a side of seltzer. If I ordered vodka and seltzer mixed, I wouldn’t get charged for the seltzer. And then we had a person who was the designated driver and was drinking soda and they charged us for each soda. There has to be a better way to handle this. A small thing like this makes wonderful food and service less wonderful and it is such a small thing. Hopefully they can figure it out.

   Party of 5 with reservations. Service was very slow (2.5 hours). When the food did come out, 3 of the 5 meals were lukewarm. Smoked pasta was very dry. So disappointed. It was out first time back at the new restaurant. Sad to say it will be our last.

   Loved it here! Food was phenomenal and our server was so nice and attentive! She was very busy so we did wait a bit for our food (not her fault at all) but overall great experience!

   Very respectful service! Good but slow because a server called in sick. They did what they could to go as fast as possible but food was good and they were very apologetic. We would go back very nice inside!! Food was great!

    The Valentine's Day menu was delicious and the portions were generous. The service was a bit slow between courses, but that is somewhat expected on Valentine's Day. Finally, the live piano music by Rosalie was perfect for a date night. Very pleased overall.

    In general the food here is average. On Valentines Day it was not very good and a mandatory 4 course and $75 per person. This was not advertised, it was sprung on you when you arrived. Every where else was booked so to leave would be a night cooking at home, which I should have done. Only one entree was worth some of the $75, 6 oz filet (1/2" thick, I think it was an Omaha steak) and a small lobster tail. We also ordered the Chicken Marsala. Dry noodles with a small chicken breast. The whole point of Chicken Marsala is the sauce and this did not have ANY Marsala sauce. It was a disaster. I will not go back to this establishment, price gouging at its finest. It is too bad, I love this location, but this experience in particular, I am done. I would not recommend this place.

    Two of us wanted to order the halibut, but were told after trying to order that they were out. This wasn’t a special, but a regular item on their menu. The replacement ordered was salmon with dill sauce. When the salmon arrived, there was no dill sauce. When questioned about this, our waitress simply responded that they were out of dill sauce. It would have been helpful to know in advance. Given the salmon was overcooked, it needed something to help with the dry texture. 2 from our party ordered the special walleye and both said it was excellent.

    Very beautiful restaurant. Had 6:45pm reservations for 2. Was seated in the booth closest to the live music. Sat for 20 minutes without any wait staff stopping by. Once I went to the host stand, someone saw me and came right over. Once we received a waitress she was amazing. Unfortunately the food was bland and tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for several minutes before being served to us. Overpriced We will try again in Summer once they’ve been opened a little bit longer

    I ordered the stroganoff and it was dry and nothing like Any other I have ever eaten and priced too high. The pizza was average — could have been baked to be a little more crisp like we asked for.

    We had our Thanksgiving dinner at the OC, and it was the best I have ever had. The food was delicious, the drinks were perfect, and the service was fast and very friendly. If you are a foodie looking for a fine dining experience in the Green Bay area, the OC is worth a visit.

    Service and atmosphere on point, wanted to to love this place. Four of us dining, two halibut plates so dry and over cooked couldn’t even chew it, same with the salmon and chicken that was with my daughters pasta dish. All the sides were great, along with presentation but paid $34 for halibut! Sorry probably won’t return here.

    Service at bar was great. Service at table was horrid. We waited 15 minutes for a waitress who took our order and disappeared. After a 45 minutes of waiting for burgers we finally asked another waitstaff to check. The waitress finally brought our food. Did not check our drinks or food.

    Very nice restaurant. Another gem in Green Bay. Gave it a 4 star vs 5 because we thought the brussel sprout appetizer was a bit sweet and one of our salmon entrees seemed smaller. Overall we will defined return to try other items.

    There was a full brass band and great singer performing all Frank Sinatra music for a Habitat For Humanity fundraiser in the outside patio and bar area. That was great. Service was very good despite the business. My burger was to be medium rare and it was much more well done, but that was the only quibble from me. Well done. Inside was amazing with the boat, plane and railroad car hung overhead in the very high ceiling structure. Would come again.

    Lovely lunch on the patio. Those who had the chicken chili and a side salad thought the food was outstanding. Those who ordered pizza wished they had been more adventuresome and ordered one of the salads.

    We completely enjoyed our experience at The OC. The patio was spacious and clean. The noise of traffic from the nearby overpass was noticeable, but not intrusive. The service was attentive, friendly and polite, and the food was delicious. We had to remind the server to bring our check, and she did so promptly. Not a big issue. We'll definitely be back!

    very friendly staff. Cheese curds were definitely not worth the money. They were mainly big balls a dough with very little to no cheese in some. We watched multiple walking and get seated but then leave because of lack of service to them. The place definitely has potential but there needs to be some major work on the service part.

    We ate on the patio and it was amazing! It took awhile to get our food and drinks but the staff was very friendly and attentive just really busy! Once we got our food it was great! We would definitely try it again as it was our first time there.

    Our dining experience started out rocky, we asked our server to come come back in a couple minutes so we could look at the drink menu, after 15 minutes she still wasn't back , luckily the bar manager noticed and came over to take our drink order, the bar manager took care of us the rest of the time. She saved our dining experience!! The food was good but a little pricey, we would go back I think?? We were leary about going here because of the negative reviews about the service.
