   Service and atmosphere was lovely food was fine very bland and expensive for what we received. Cocktail was lovely.We paid the full amount and left a tip but from what we are I don't think we would return.

   Ordinarily I would not leave a review for a restaurant however after attending last night it was clear the pub was understaffed with significant delays to even take orders and ultimately provide food. Once food arrived I received a pasta dish with a 2” piece of plastic which the staff told me was part of the chorizo included in the dish. There was no attempt to even acknowledge the issue, and after leaving 3/4 of the dish requested the bill (on 2 occasions) provided after 15mins. Which included the dish without any attempt to appease or even discuss with me as a customer. Hopefully an anomaly visit but clearly limited attention to customer satisfaction

   Lovely shared starter of seafood sizzler. I had a delicious prawn and crab linguine as a main, my partner had the fish and chips. The apple and blackberry crumble was nice but too hot for my partner and it never really cooled down. I had Eton Mess which I usually love but I felt it needed a bit more meringue. We were the only people in the restaurant area most of the time which meant that the service was very fast and we were finished within 1.5 hours. That said the waitress was very pleasant and efficient. All in all a lovely evening.

   The food was lovely. The waitress we had, had originally taken our order. But then came back and asked if we'd given her a starter order. We looked at her quite puzzled. She wasn't the most friendliest of waitresses either. It was like she said didn't want to be there.

   The meal took a while to come but was very nice. Good range of accompanying vegetables, perfectly cooked.

   The food was poor and very overly priced. The waitress was very unhelpful with one of our group who has a fish allergy. In all, she didn't appear to want to be there

   We had a really lovely Sunday roast! 4 adults and one toddler and we were made to feel very welcome. The food was delicious, we were late in the day but the meat and extras were still very tasty. Would highly recommend!

   Nice pub with friendly staff. The food was good, I'd just like more options other than Sunday roasts. Very delicious blackberry crumble desert, definitely the highlight of the meal!
