Early family dinner, was a delightful day, making our meal super nice, added to Nikkos talents, hes an ace , tahnk you Nikko. we had a variety of entrees and enjoyed everyone. and the plus were desserts, oh yumm. we'll be back another time when in town to visit.

Ate outside on the patio overlooking the water. Birthday celebration lunch. Food good. Waiter (Makensey- pardon misspelling) delightful . Relaxing. No rush. Highly recommend.

Hostess was not very welcoming and we had to wait even though the restaurant was not crowded. Our waitress was great but they did ask if we needed any boxes while some of us were still eating. The food was great but a pit pricey. $28 for a hamburger. The food was very good

The price of everything is so much more than it should be. Our bill was $400+ for 6 adults and one child. No alcohol was consumed. Two appetizers and two desserts and one entree per adult. The quality was no where close to being worth that. It’s disappointing because it’s a cute spot to go, especially with kids. (Which by the way the way, the kid’s spaghetti was $13 which included nothing extra. Kids juice was an additional $6/7).

Sat at our table for ten over 10min, multiple servers passed by and no one bothered to greet us. Had to get up and ask the host if someone would be serving us. A waiter was notified and came by our table and was very nice, took our order immediately, but didn't write anything down. We ordered a shrimp cocktail app, Caesar salads, michelada drinks and waters. Salads were delicious. App and waters never came. Pointed this out to our server at the end of the meal. He immediately brought the waters, but said he'd check with the kitchen re: missing app. Pretty sure he just forgot to put it in (he never wrote anything down). Service overall was pretty terrible... wasn't even busy (2pm/after lunch rush). Zero attention. Will be back, though... the ambience/table next to pond was wonderful and Caesar salads were on point.

Veronica was our server. She is very friendly, ATTENTIVE, always smiling and great customer service. It was our first time at The Oaks at Lakeside and we enjoyed everything about this place. From the food, scenery and customer service. We will come back again soon.

Went on a Sunday for lunch, but when the menu came I realized it wasn’t the same menu that I saw previously on a visit during the week, the selection was indeed quite limited when comparing it to the weekly one. Nevertheless the experience was quite good and our server Julian was awesome.

We were here in February and the food was wonderful!!! We went last night with out of town friend’s thinking this would be great. They obviously have a different chef, the menu is not what is posted on their website and our food was not only cold it was awful. Our server was great and very attentive. But we won’t be back.

It was a very pleasant experience. It was 104 degrees outside but in the shade on the patio, it was entirely comfortable. (We were playing it COVID-safe) Waiter was adorable. Hostess was SO helpful. Food was great. I will definitely come again!

This is a lovely and charming restaurant. We love to sit outdoors near the lake with the ducks in the background. The beautiful trees and little white lights truly make it a special experience. The servers are very friendly and attentive. This restaurant is a hidden gem.

Food was great, service was amazing! McKinley was an incredible server. Made us feel welcomed and took care of us. We loved the ambiance, we got to sit lakeside and it was so fun to get to feed the ducks! Definitely recommend.

The service is the best that it could be. The servers are 10 stars out of 5. The risotto was the best I’ve had. The ambiance was beautiful. The only issue we had was the noise level was high. I usually sit outside, but it was too hot. The staff kindly moved us at our request and all was good. The desserts were exceptional - both the gelato and sorbet.
