   The atmosphere is lovely at the Oaks. It's actually nice to hear the ducks quacking, and geese honking. The food was very good and the service was very accommodating. It's a great place to come when you want to eat outdoors.

    This restaurant is so pretty relaxing! It’s not noisy with loud music that makes you exhausted like so many restaurants around. The service is wonderful. The food is so good and the ambience is perfect. Go there and enjoy you won’t be disappointed.

    The service was not good. The host was not welcoming. I had a reservation, the host looked over at an empty table and said she had that table open. I looked over at my mom and asked her if she was ok with the table. She said yes and the host told us to go sit down. She didn’t walk us over. We sat down and a few minutes later the host dropped off some menus. The sever was not attentive. It took along time to put in our order. Once we did, he offered to bring over some bread and butter. Another long wait for him to come back and he forgot the bread and butter. He finally did bring the bread and butter and then was never seen again. The same lovely lady, who seemed to be a runner or bus lady, came to fill up our waters, offered us a heater, and take our plates out of our way, and offered us a desert menu. We waited and waited to put in a dessert and waited so long that we decided we just wanted to leave. So we waited for our check and the server was not to be found. We decided to ask another server for our check because it was taking too long.

    Place is nice and quiet. Very small parking lot. Food was good but service was poor. It wasn’t busy at the time there were about 5 tables occupied and my server took forever for everything, take order, drinks, bill, etc. my server was not the only one, there were 2 more so total 3 servers 5 tables in use, so customer service wasn’t great, the rest was fine.

    we got to our pm reservation and there was a horrible rock band in the park. it was so loud it was hard to hear each other. service was slow and the excuse the waiter gave us for the loud music it was a cancer fund raiser. so it was for a good cause. it made our dining experience just horrible. why were t we notified this was happening. we would never have chosen to eat there. i do not recommend this restaurant at all

    Unfortunately it was very crowded and noisy. Food came out cold, our requested outside table was changed to inside the bar and after we ordered we barely saw the waiter again. Very disappointing experience for a usually good restaurant. We were celebrating two birthdays but nothing was offered to the 2 birthday guests

    Took 15 mins after we sat to get served, and once we were served it was hard to track anyone Dow . Seems like they were having the servers doing other things during a busy rush hour rather than coming up and being attentive.

    I have been coming here for brunch and dinner for years and, apart from the difficult parking situation, have always been very satisfied with the service and quality of the food and drinks. However, on this last visit it was very chaotic in the parking lot and we were waiting for our table for 45 minutes even though we had a reservation. Our waiter was wonderful though.     We had a lovely experience there. Our online reservation was honored and we were seated promptly. Our server was attentive and made great suggestions. Food was yummy. One member of our party needed to bring her injured dog with her in a pet stroller and we were graciously accommodated. Would definitely recommend.

    The food was good and it was nice to be able to sit outside next to the lake. The service was very friendly but quite slow. We waited about 10 minutes before we were even greeted by a host (and we did have reservations), and there was a long line in front of us (turns out everyone had a reservation). Once we sat down, our server did not show up for awhile. Our appetizer came out fast enough, but we waited an hour for our entrees. Not sure if our order was forgotten or if the kitchen was just too busy. Fortunately, we were not in a rush. All in all, I would recommend this place, but the service definitely needs to be upgraded considering the price.

    We requested an outdoor table which is easy to do at this restaurant. We got such a beautiful location with a table in the corner. It was quiet and felt so nice. The service was perfect, food was good not great, but the venue is beautiful. I loved having the little duck pond in front of us.

    It was dinner on Easter Sunday, so yes the place was over packed and extremely short staffed. Our party of 7 saw only 3 waiters the entire 3 hours we were there. The food was good, but overpriced. The outdoor seating is on dirt and hard to walk, as it is lumpy and unbalanced throughout. The ducks were fun to see but only for a short time-they became noisy and smelly quickly. This is the second time we dined here and it will be the last unless the management can get more staff so everyone can have a much better time.

    $60 fixed Easter menu with the main course and dessert served on/in plastic with plastic utensils. I expected better for $60 Eggs Benedict. On the plus side, the food was good. The service was lovely. The restaurant is very clean.
