   I can't think of a worse restaurant experience. As in, I have never written a review but this time, I felt I had to. We made reservations on open table but when we showed up no one knew we were coming. As a manager in customer service I felt bad for the waiter because we did have a large party and they were clearly unprepared. However that's why we made reservations to begin with. So where is the miscommunication? The chicken Parmesan was burnt, very badly could hardly cut through it with a sharp knife. The waiter mixed up every persons order and could not seem to keep track of anything. Then when his coworker came to help bring out our food while he was gone, she made multiple comments about how incompetent the waiter was. He was...but did not need to be said by her. The salmon on the salad was RAW, I love sushi but I also love the salmon in my Cesar salad to be cooked. Bought the wrong pizza to the wrong table and had to remake it. The potato's to the pot roast were hard as a rock and cold, I think it was cut up and never cooked. Not worth the accumulated $400 bill considering half the food went uneaten, the kids ate the pizza and that was about it. Might be a good night time place to stop for a drink cause you're downtown so why not, but would recommend staying away from the food. Terrible service. Awful food. Overpriced.

   Love love the piano bar! We had such a great time there. The service was great. The food was just okay, but we weren’t really there for the food anyway. We were there for the show and it was spectacular. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

   Entertainment was superb! Fun & versatile... No review good or bad on food...We did not eat . Drinks were premade mixes. Over-priced . Disappointing Would have been no issue if we stuck w wine or beer. Service should’ve been quicker.

   The Piano entertainment was very good. The Valentine's meal was sub par. Steak was less than 3/8" and dry. Understaffed.

   The ambiance and the dueling pianos and singers were great. The special Valentine's dinner was mediocre. I want to go again to try the regular menu, and especially the NY style Pizza and to listen to the dueling pianos again.

    We went here for the first time for a Valentine's Day Special. $69/couple with a free bottle of wine. The service was incredibly slow (they were understaffed I think) and the food was AWFUL. The steak was full of gristle and oddly cooked. It was like really bad bar food instead of the meal we thought we were getting. I think this was a little out of their wheelhouse. The entertainment was an hour late so we only got to see about 10 minutes of actual "Dueling Pianos". We were really disappointed as we were so excited to try this place out for the first time. Before I make a solid judgement, I will likely go back on a night that is more like their "every day" as I think they got in a little over their heads with the whole Valentines Day thing.
