your staff is great, but service was a bit slow and it was not very busy. Perhaps the house pooling of tips needs a re-visit? noone seemed to be motivated to go above and beyond.

Came for the St. Patrick’s Day menu. My husband and I ordered EVERYTHING off of the menu. It was all delicious and pleasurable! We had plenty of leftovers and left very happy and full. We always enjoy The Norwegian and look forward to our next visit every time!

The Norwegian is a unique restaurant that is always enjoyable. The menu changes weekly and the food is creative as well as excellent. We came St Patrick's day weekend and enjoyed whiskey cheese, colcannan, roasted root vegatable salad, and corned beef on rye waffles. Our experience was outstanding.

I usually love coming here, but everything from being pointed at what table to sit at and then being moved because we sat at the wrong table to waiting over ten minutes to be greeted and offered something to drink was just the beginning of our poor experience. Two of our three orders were wrong and no one checked in on us to have them corrected. We sat for another ten minutes after our food was done before we asked another server for our checks and a box for leftovers. Our server never came back to our table, but was serving all the tables around us. Great food and great atmosphere, but when I go back next time, I will request a different server if we happen to get the same one. I will not let this one time experience stop me from going there, and I will always encourage eat local.

At times the descriptions of menu items seems odd, but the food is always amazing. My family and I argue every week that this is the best soup (or salad, or fish, or appetizer) that we have ever had. Yes, we go nearly weekly.

Loved it! Loved it! LOVED IT! Scandanavian restaurant. (not a chain) Very unique experience. We were there for brunch and recommend making reservations. Great food and atmosphere. Our waiter was very attentive, helpful and accomadating. Will absolutely be back.

The butternut squash gnocchi was amazing The smash burger was very difficult to eat and we were just not impressed with the flavor. The dessert was unappealing looking, it just wasn’t anything special as we have come to expect here. The feature drink was very strong flavored and I just couldn’t drink it and ended up asking for something else. I did appreciate that our server removed it from our tab but that wasn’t necessary since I ordered it and was willing to pay for it. I appreciated that. There was a lot of confusion about our bill and I was charged for a plate I didn’t order but I just did so since my drink was removed from my bill.

The Norwegian always is a treat. We ordered from the special menu, enjoyed craft cocktails and a beer while sharing various foods from a charcuterie board. If you haven't made it over do so soon!

The waiters were friendly and we were seated as we walked in. However, it did take some time to get our drink order taken. The fries were amazing and the Frikadeller I had was tasty but not something I see myself craving. The mushroom melt my friend had looked as good as its picture and was dripping with cheese and mushrooms (in the best of ways!). The Lingonberry Spritzer I would definitely recommend. It was just the right amount of sweet and went great with the meal. Overall I would go back for the vibe if I find another free evening.

We always go early on Saturday morning to beat the rush. Love the cinnamon cardamom roll. My husband ordered the salmon for breakfast. He said it was perfect. I usually order the Sarah. Food was brought out soon after ordering. Always fresh and satisfying.

The brunch menu is full of some real originals and I tried a delicious dish called Shakshuka. My friend went with a more traditional plate of eggs, bacon and smashed red potatoes (The Sarah). She loved it and made me sample the eggs and bacon -- clearly, superior ingredients are used. The service was perfect.

I always look forward to the weekly dinner specials, always interesting to see what the kitchen staff comes up around a theme. But they always seem to bring it up a notch with cajun/creole themed dishes. Both the etouffee and gumbo were awesome. I've done both on my own, and they're not bad, but these were why one can appreciate professionals, where there's just layers of great tastes that blend together perfectly. Plus what's better on a cold and wet night than friendly people to greet you as soon as you walk through the door.
