   Excellent food, taste was superb and presentation was excellent. The service, was brilliant, friendly, timely and knew all there was to know about the food, very relaxed and made you feel very welcome - couldn't fault it.

   We had passed the Inn a few times and it looked like a lovely place. As it was our last night in Cornwall, we decided to have a meal out. I booked us on this app, which was so easy and when we arrived there was a wonderful corner table with freshly plumped up cushions! The menu options were brilliant, I opted for the Ham Hock Terrine to start and the Norway Burger for a main. My wife had originally chosen the soup, but as the menu option changed it was unsuitable. The Restaurant Manger, who I must say was attentive and extremely well organised as well as a genuinely nice man, quickly organised a replacement in the form of a Scotch Egg starter. For a main, my wife had Fishcakes. I was lucky enough to try both these and they were amazing, as my own choices. The Beer, being a St Austel Brewery pub, was Tribute in fine fettle! We had deserts, me a cheese board of Cornish cheeses, and my wife had the Sticky Toffee Pudding, which she assured me was magnificent. It was as the perfect place to end our holiday and I can not recommend it enough.

   Both my husband and I had wanted to eat here and as we were down that way we booked a table. The staff were welcoming, the table was poorly lit it was difficult to read the menu. We chose our food, and did not have to wait long for our starters , I chose the Goan mussels which were superb, my husbands terrine was ok but no bread served with it. The mains were not as good as the starters, I chose the maple roasted squash pasta, the ingrediants seemed well cooked although I did wonder if the squash had been roasted at all or just boiled and added to the pasta, the overall dish was bland even after salt, pepper and parmesan added. I did say I maybe just chose the wrong main. My husbands burger was dry and tasteless too which was disapointing for him as the burgers are widely advertised as house speciality.(although he ate it all) The homemade chips were excellent. The disapointment of the pasta dish was passed on to staff as I didnt eat much of it and they were very apologetic and wanted to put the situation right, they offered to cook me something else and a refund on the dish was agreed on. Customer service and wanting their patrons to enjoy the experience of the pub very obviously shines through.

   We chose the Norway because we've had meals there before and the food never disappoints. The serving staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. my family were down from 'up country' and have stayed in the hotel before so knew that it was good.

   Have found the Norway always a good place to eat supper with good ambience. Having said that, our one visit for breakfast was 2 star!

   Ordered 2 fish and chip meals and 1 Rib eye steak. Fish ok but steak was very tough and fatty. Not worth £20.

   Had a lovely meal in the Restaurant and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the food was delicious. It was lovely to see Rod the restaurant manager again who gave us a warm welcome and his attention to detail was fantastic as always.

    So pleased that we booked to eat here. All the staff we met were very friendly and efficient. We both had the special which was pan fried Hi fish on vegetables. It was delicious. Will definitely return as we are staying in the area for a few more days.
