it is a great place to just sit back, relax and chat with a frend. something little to eat, and have a drink, not actually to have a lunch or dinner with the family. hahaha
Wait staff were friendly but slow. Hostess was not welcoming and curt.
Nice and relaxing
Delightful and delicious!
They asked for a credit card before ordering. The drinks took 20 minutes to arrive. This will be my last visit to this restaurant.
Everything was great. The bartender was a little short with me when I went up to order but it didn’t damper our experience. When I went to order my food and drinks, she continued to look away and do what she was doing, not fully acknowledging me, but everything turned out great.
I love love love the ambiance of this bar!! It’s so amazing!! ♥️ the view, the drinks, the decor - everything is so amazing!
Falafel burger was so good 😊!!! Crunchy on the outside wonderful texture & flavor!
Beautiful view and ambience but those are the only positive attributes. We were asked to give a credit card when we ordered which is tacky and offensive. This is a restaurant not a pool bar on spring break. It was all downhill from there. Food selection was limited and overpriced. It was pretty basic tasting and small portions.
Very terrible service. Won’t be coming back.
Amazing view of dtla, and great prices
Such a treat in the middle of the jewelry district
It was cool and had a lot of good vibes, day time brunch go to.
Great views above the dtla huddle & bussle
great service, cordial, engaging, and well timed with meals and drinks.
The NoMad's online menu for the roof is not what they offer on the weekend. That version was a great brunch menu. We would have gone elsewhere if the actual menu of about 9 items were publicly available to view. What can you say about a place that basically only offers oysters, a couple of crudo's and three versions of hamburger, vegan, beef or fowl? Meh.
Great place to chill and have good night out. Limited food menu. don’t go there hungry.
Beautiful views, wonderful vibes, great service and good food/drinks. Will definitely come back!
Wonderful ambiance for an afternoon on the roof in DTLA. Delicious food and drinks! Waitstaff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!
So glad we found this spot! Food was delish, service was great, atmosphere was fun. Will definitely be back.
Service was horrible I had to constantly look for the waiter to order he would never check on our table. The food took forever to arrive and when it did it was incomplete and they did nothing to fix it. Horrible horrible service
The service was extremely slow and unprofessional, and it was difficult to get the waiters attention. It took 45 mins for the food to come out. The staff was inappropriate and creepy. Menu was short, basic and overpriced. The food was bad. The entire experience was a disappointment.
rooftop dining and drinking on a warm Los Angeles night. good drinks, good food, nice staff. what could be better?
Overall it was nice & quaint, probably a little too subdued for us, Better atmosphere for a date. The ceviche was super delish but not worth paying $22 for it. It was all gone in less then 5 spoonfuls. $12-$15 would be more fare for the dish. Still it was very tasty, I liked the flavors. The drinks were really good, well priced and I was buzzed off the first drink. 👍🏽👍🏽
Bees everywhere inside the bar!
The ambiance is amazing and so are the drinks! Great place to grab a drink with a date or friends!
An incredible rooftop to visit. The food was excellent. Limited selection from restaurant downstairs. Cocktails were great.
Yes, but not the best experience you can find in Downtown LA. It's definitely not bad, you can have a drink and some bites by the pool for sunset, it's nice but globally, a pretty forgettable experience... I would rather recommend to have a drink at the "regular" NoMad bar.
Really lovely rooftop! The pool is gorgeous but I enjoyed the garden-like offshoot better.
Katlyn was amazing!
Rooftop food menu is limited and weak.
This is a great spot to escape the heat if the concrete jungle in summer.
Good spot for lunch at the rooftop
Wonderful and attentive staff, took great care of us for our special occasion. Will come back again, and often.
Amazing food and service
Small limited menu. Overpriced. Poor service. Would not recommend
Really bad service - had to go up to the bar 2x to get our drinks that had been sitting there for 10 minutes
Food was ok - very limited menu - pool and view is awesome - limited seating
Went here with a group of girlfriends for drinks and food and a view of LA. The drinks were pretty good, with expected high prices. The food was another story. We were appalled that the $15 guacamole and chips came out with what could not have been more than 1 avocado worth of guacamole. Literally, we dove in and we’re shocked by how fast our chips hit the bottom of the plate (we thought it was an illusion and it was deep). But nope, someone took a knife and smeared a thin layer of guacamole on a plate. We tried getting more chips at least, but don’t think for a second that’s on the house, another $3! Anyways, by this point we were so upset about the food situation we left after one drink.
Great place to spend a low-key afternoon - a little pricey but total relaxation!
Made a reservation weeks in advance they stopped the music and had a huge disruption with kids and film crews hear they do this a lot and say nothing to guests it’s a great spot but they don’t put guests or their experiences first over film money
