This is a fantastic restaurant. Having eaten at NoMad in NY, we were anxious to compare. The room is similar but
Much larger. It’s beautiful. Service spot on. The oysters combination the best and unique. Then the chicken for two... to die for. For the quality, the price was a steal imo. We will be back
Better than New York!
Sit at the bar for amazing 1:1 service!
A terrific dining experience. A sophisticated Manhattan supper club in sin city.
Salmon was very good but food overall is okay.
The service was horrible, they ignored us most of the time.
Incredible Dining Room and Incredible food!
A tale of two experiences unfortunately, on Wednesday my wife and I had cocktails and bites in the bar, and dinner in the dining room.
In the bar, tagliatelle with truffles, and ceviche a hot lips and a mule.
Dinner we had the caviar, chicken, tartar, mushrooms and truffle potato. Wine paired with each course.
Both the bar service and dining room service were exceptional. Food was tremendous.
We loved it so much so we decided to come back Friday with two guests. Made reservations on OT for the dining room. Tried to make reservations in the bar but OT would not allow so I called. I got the typical casino transfer to restaurant run around twice (call got dropped) finally was connected to the hostess in the bar but she was unhelpful, clueless and after checking with the manager said to me, if your not dining in the bar, you can’t reserve a table for cocktails and hung up. I should have aborted and taken them to Guy Savoy or the Robochon.
We raved to our guests before we got there. Started again in the bar ordering 4 cocktails, tagliatelle with truffles, dog and ceviche. Food again exceptional, 3 of the 4 cocktails excellent. One cocktail “hot lips” was terrible, nothing but mixer, no heat, forgot the mezcal. Service was even worse. Very pleasant cocktail server. Her support team was atrocious. Had to flag staff down for water, no coasters, waited too long for drinks, had to ask hostess to find server to finally get our check.
Then went to the dining room. First night we received champagne cart, we ordered caviar....Second night ordered caviar again (larger size), no champagne cart offered this time and the runner for got the crisps. Had to ask, then wait several minutes as our caviar and accoutrements sat.
Captain and sommelier remembered us and were great, but had a bad taste about the poor bar experience and disappointed the caviar service and omission of champagne cart was botched.
Unfortunately not ready for prime time
If you are not impressed with the very extensive library decor you will absolutely fall in love with the food! My server suggested that their secret ingredient is Foie Gras and I think you will find that if you like that you will love this place! I had the Filet (with Foie Gras), I tasted the Lamb and had the Oysters for Appetizer. The oysters here are unique, make sure you give them a try. I preferred the Cold side more, however both sides were tasty for sure. In fact every single thing I tried was amazing. Do not forget to try a cocktail, the bar is setup to delivery VERY nice craft cocktails and the couple that I tried were out of this world! also, Service was perfect and quite extensive.
Swanky new restaurant in the Nomad Hotel/Park MGM location. Just like the LA location I’ve been to, it looks upscale and elegant. Love all the books throughout the restaurant as part of the decor.
Food was excellent! Tried their signature roast chicken stuffed with foie gras and truffles. Most expensive chicken dish I’ve ever had but also worth it. It was beyond decadent and super tasty! For dessert, the honey milk is a must have! It’s the deconstructed ice cream sandwich that is served at the Nomad bar which I have had before but even better.
Finally, service was exceptional. My server was Jerry and he remembered me from August when he was working at Primrose. He was attentive and it’s just nice to be remembered.
Beautiful designed restaurant in Park MGM. Food was excellent, well seasoned and nicely presented. The Bibb salad had an amazing tangy buttermilk dressing. The TAGLIATELLE with King crab, lemon & black pepper was good but could use a bit more flavor. The beef Rossini was served a la carte without any sides, which we were told. The seared foie added a nice richness to the filet mignonette. The milk and honey dessert was excellent. We also ordered the mango cobbler which was sent back. It was too doughy, tho the accompanying sorbet was delicious. It was replaced with another order of the milk & Honey dessert.
We had their signature roasted chicken and 2 days later, we are still talking about how good it was. Worth getting.
Marvelous! I was so very impressed!
Everything was superb!
Outstanding! Perfect lobster! Perfect service! Excellent experience from a legendary restaurant group!
