Led by Executive Chef, Brendan Phelps the @cutthroatchef and his team. Sourcing as close to home as possible, we are dedicated to bringing you local produce and proteins on our intimate menu.
Nestled in the Monashee Mountains and surrounded by established forest, you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but in fact are just a 10-minute drive from downtown Revelstoke.
Our cocktail menu reflects our dining menu with local ingredients, housemade syrups and eclectic pairings.
Featuring a rotating menu so you can come and enjoy the Chef's new creations right through the summer.
Opening June 13th through to end of September, Wednesday - Saturday from 5.30pm.

The staff was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely. The menu is very limited. For mains there was no poultry option. Our table had the strip loin and the pasta dish, both of which were excellent. I will say it is quite pricey as we have dined at other restaurants in the area that are comparable in dining experience. I like that they make an effort to source ingredients locally. Overall I really enjoyed our meal and will go back again, although due to the higher price point, it will be for a special occasion.

We have a fabulous evening at The Nest. The service was amazing and the food delicious. It was a special treat for us and didn’t disappoint. The corn cake desert was fabulous!

Everything was so delicious, perfectly timed, and a beautiful setting. Portion sizes for entrees were great. My only qualm is it is very pricey, though the quality matches.

Always exceptional! I had a friend visiting and I brought her up for a glass of wine and appetizers. Great views, great atmosphere, exceptional food and service every time!

Incredible dining experience with an extraordinary view of Mt Begbie and the Columbia valley! The food was incredible, the cocktails were fantastic and the service was outstanding. We both absolutely loved the halibut! I’d 100% recommend the Nest for anyone coming to Revelstoke looking for great food. 10/10 all round. Can’t wait to go again!
