I would not say the noise was energetic but very loud.. there were only two of us and it was a struggle to have a conversation. The food was excellent and good service, but cost £60 for a main and a coffee. That is a high price for struggling to speak. Next time we will go to Cote for an informal business lunch as we will not struggle to speak.
The menu here is great. Slight problem with staff not being able to articulate which items were gluten free for my colleague. Risotto yummy but not served piping hot. As usual the sound makes it very difficult to hear.
Very noisy at lunchtime, go somewhere else if you want to be heard across the table. Chicken skewers were dry & nachos were bland, the only flavour came from the jalapenos but my fellow diners enjoyed their meals
Hopefully just a one off but eggs were very oily and sourdough toast was poor quality.
Perfectly acceptable .
Food was good overall and everyone enjoyed their meal. One of the 4 of us didn't get what they ordered and while they were apologetic, it took ages to get a replacement and then they didn't offer anything to make up for the delay (money off, free drink etc.).
Yes I would recommend but...
they sent the wrong food, service was slow, ended up with emails from Open Table saying NK had inform them I hadn't attended my reservation when I had.
In summary stick to take out.
The food was tasty and Natural Kitchen provide a great menu with plenty of health options. Unfortunately our server got a couple of parts of the order wrong which meant I received my meal a lot later than the rest of the table. The venue is also very noisy at lunch time.
Lovely food but it's a very busy restaurant with both eat-in and takeaway customers, would recommend but it's not quiet at lunchtime.
My tuna steak was overcooked.
Met for lunch with a friend. Like that Natural Kitchen provides lots of healthy options.
Bland food, faceless service, nothing wrong but nothing memorable
Poor service. Guests who needed a quick lunch weren’t allowed to sit at our table with take away food from the same restaurant. It would have been simple to put this on a plate and have them join us. Service was slow and unattentive. Not worth it given the cost of eating here.
Enjoyed the food, noisy but it was lunchtime. Will be back again
Went for breakfast. Fast and efficient service and friendly staff
A great location but I felt the food was dry (fish cakes) and all very very noisy. Service good and quick. Will use again as convenient but would not recommend for lunch.
Wanted a different table as it’s right by the walkway but was told by the manageress that it’s for 4 people (we booked for 3). However, the table was given to another group of 3 people. So not sure how that works. The waitresses were very nice; it’s a shame about the first impression. It’s very noisy because of wooden floor and tables/chairs, so if you want to want to chat, maybe go elsewhere.
Too busy and horrible
Table layout with silly rules about the better areas held for people that queue up for food then sit and eat. All a nonsense. Won’t bother again but food was good.
Everything worked - food was great - waitress helpful and reasonable cost.
We had booked for 4 but only 3 people turned up so we were asked to move to a table for 3 (right next to the takeaway queue so very loud with people constantly bumping into our seats) and they needed the table for 4 people. We agreed only for them to sit another group of 3 people at the table. Discrimination at its finest.
Two of us had the halloumi burger - its ok but its a halloumi patty, not slices of halloumi which leads to a very odd texture - would not recommend ordering it!
Great food, great service, great ambience - I take my business and personal friends here because they never disappoint. Their lamb burger is so so good.
Great food but really noisy environment- hard to have a conversation without shouting.....which makes everyone else shout louder!
Too noisy and tables too close together though food is ok
Had a good experience. Food very nicely prepared and presented. If i am being v critical is was quick tightly packed in table and chair wise and it was v noisy.
Chose salmon salad with soba noodles which was average. Food arrived extremely quickly. The portion was not particularly generous.
The biggest problem was the noise level: I could barely hear what the person opposite was saying.
We were in the thoroughfare in a loud part of the restaurant but the food was great.
The service was ok as well as the ambience. The food was below average with over cooked chicken and very overpriced
Good menu and always reliably tasty. Slightly disappointed with the halloumi in the halloumi salad, it's normally delicious but on this occasion was hard and greasy
Not really set up to bring a pushchair in as the only way to the booked table was down the side where people queue for their lunch takeaway. We carried the pushchair upstairs to get out after to prevent asking the queue of people to move. Very noisy and tables very close together.
Decidedly average. Breakfast arrived very quickly which we surprising and then I realised that the avocado on toast look like it hadn't been freshly prepared and wasn't very appealing or tasty. Nice coffee though. Too many tables and chairs, it was quite congested.
Vegan burger arrived cold and the wine was very overpriced
Good for a quick healthy lunch, albeit pricey for 2 salads..
Good and healthy food with lots of variety on the menu.
Busy and a little noisy but in a good way - perfect for an informal business meeting or catching up with friends.
Our starter arrived with our main which was a little disappointing but otherwise a very good experience.
The restaurant was absolutely packed, and my table booking had not uploaded. Fortunately just as the server was telling me I hadn't got a booking, it turned up. It was incredibly noisy, and the service a bit delayed, but the food came fast and was delicious. Not particularly cheap, but just what we needed that day. Good vegetarian options and great that the (pricey) burgers all have a no-bun option, with salad instead. My crab salad was fab, as were the sweet potato fries and the creme brulee.
I will go back, but they didn't really distinguish themselves this time on service.
Service was great but it was quiet, have been before when it was busy and service was considerably different.
Food was good, portion size good also which wasn’t the case on my previous visit.
Great spot for a quick lunch time catch up.
Service was a bit slow but otherwise a very good restaurant.
Dined here for a group lunch (14 people) during the busy Christmas period. We had pre ordered, and they made the experience seamless. It did take a while to get the bill and they had issues with the card machine, which can prove problematic when its a cashless restaurant. But overall a good time was had by all.
Food was delicious and our waiter was very attentive and helpful. Service was very good also.
Lunch with a Colleague - it was busy but we were served - the food was great and all just worked
We had to wait 30 minutes for our table even though we had pre-booked. When we did get our table they had crammed 6 of us onto a table meant for 3. The wait staff seemed flustered and too busy to manage a full house. The food was pretty good, nothing spectacular.
