Hot Chicken Biscuit
cayenne, butter, pickle, honey
Our server was wonderful and we loved the biscuit basket and being able to try the different jams! Purchased several to take home!
Everything was great, Gouda grits, biscuits and gravy and the potatoes specifically were yummy.
Great menu! Loved the jam options! Only issue we really had was a bit of a challenge with accessibility.
Service was great! The biscuits and blackberry jam was the absolute best!
Ignored reservation, sat in chaotic tent in 40 degrees. Tables dirty. Cheap plastic cups and silverware. Food was subpar, such as hard biscuit and near raw bacon. Way overpriced for atmosphere and food
Excellent service by Aubry as usual
They were very busy, waiter was nice but seemed a little distant. Concepts of the meals were great but everything came out a little cold. Would still go again to try more as there was always going to be busy days like that which can affect quality.
We made a reservation for a specific time due to some other schedule items we needed to get to. Upon arrival the seating was full and people were waiting. When we asked about the reservation the hostess replied we would just have to wait because they were short handed. When I asked her how long they might because we had somewhere to be which is why made the reservation, she got very irritated and said we could just take the next table that became available. Never did she apologize for the missed reservation. When a table came available, we sat down and then she delayed bring us menus and actually seated other people and brought that group their menus first. I actually ended up going and grabbing us menus to speed up our ordering. The group that was after us ended up ordering first and getting food before us.
Other than the moody hostess and her passive aggressive nature, everything else was great. Food was excellent and our table server was attentive and pleasant.
I always love a trip to Nashville Jam Co and their food is always delicious. However, this is the first time I’ve ever had a problem making a reservation. I showed up with my party on time and it was an hour before we were seated and another 30 minutes before someone came to take our food order. They said they weren’t able to honor reservations because they were busy and the person on staff didn’t know how to stop Open Table from booking reservations, and that her manager knew how but wasn’t there. I wish they had anticipated the problem and called their manager to adjust the system, as there were many other parties there with the same issue. Also, there was no organized wait list, so parties were not being seated in order when their table size was available. Again, normally have great experiences here with great food, but this was an easily avoidable poor one.
We came to have breakfast here on Black Friday. Everyone was friendly but the overall appearance and hygiene of the restaurant and staff is not what it should be. The tables were sticky and the baskets they serve food in didn’t look clean either. The only thing that was truly outstanding here was the regular fried chicken and the biscuits. Wouldn’t recommend for the price, venue and hygiene :/
It was okay but I probably wouldn't dine again
Very let down on overall experience. Waitor was unclean, tables were shaky and sticky. We moved twice. Food was expensive and low quality and was given with poor presentation. Will not be returning.
We made a reservation but we still had to wait behind people who got there and put their name on a list as they got there. The reservation was pointless.
Great food for a great price
We arrived at 11:10 for a 11:15 reservation. After waiting for 35 minutes, we left without being seated after being told it would be at least another 10-15 minutes. Why take reservations if you don’t honor them.
We enjoyed our food and it’s a neat restaurant to visit, though difficult to enjoy a good breakfast in a small paper basket(maybe larger or at least paper plates) or . I checked in upon arrival and it was stated it would still be about 15-20 min(no problem), but the hostess checks Open table in on iPad and writes down names on notepad. After 45 min snd see folks who came in after us eating, I asked if she may have overlooked us. She didn’t transfer our name from the iPad to her notepad, so yes we waited longer than those without reservations. Eggs and grits good, just don’t recommend bacon-very undercooked. We would like to try again maybe on another day.
Reservation time not honored. We arrived at reserved time, and had to wait 45 minutes to be seated.
it doesn’t matter if you have a reservation. they don’t care. we still had to wait ~45 minutes to sit down. don’t bother making a reservation here.
Great food & service
Delicious! Friendly ataff
Awful experience! I made a reservation 2 months in advance and they stuck our group of 10 outside in 40° weather with a baby. When we asked if we could sit inside they said that they didn’t have a table to accommodate 10. Then we asked if they could put two tables together and they said yes but it would be an hour wait because people were standing around waiting for tables- even though we had a reservation. So we decided to leave. Then, they had poured 2 cups of coffee and we didn’t touch them and the waiter said I HAD to pay for the coffee, so I went inside and talked to a manager. She said I didn’t have to pay for the coffee, but no one would accommodate our group. Terrible experience!!
Yummy food and fast service!
Food was good, not great. We had a reservation and still waited about 20 min for a table. Food served on paper products with cheap plastic flatwear and a cheap thin napkin. The oddest thing was when the server took one of our finished plates, he offered the "untouched" biscuit to the table next to ours and said "it hasn't been touched" Oh my!
Great food, quick service, exceptionally friendly staff! We’ll be back often.
I had made reservations for a party of 9 at 11:30, when we got there and let them know we had a reservation the lady at the host stand just put us down on the regular list and rudely asked us to wait outside without giving us a wait time. We saw multiple groups get seated before us, one group was bigger than ours and got seated first, we then went back inside and they said that they were just really behind and we would be soon seated. I understand it being busy so we didn’t make a big deal about that. Then when we were seated the server was inattentive, kind of rude, and straight up lied to our group about what they did and didn’t have. We had asked about the mimosas and she said that they only had regular and then when asked what another table had in their pitcher she said it was a Passionfruit mimosa. Then when it came time to pay she said the only way we could do it is to put it all on one bill or split the bill evenly. When we asked if we could pay inside because we saw another group do it she then told us that we could itemize our items in there and pay for our individual meals that way. I understand that it was busy and pushing tables so that you can get more people seated but I don’t understand why it was necessary for a staff member to lie multiple times instead of presenting us all of our options not just choosing what was more convenient for herself. The food was really good and we enjoyed that but the service was enough to not make us want to come back.
The best place in Nashville for breakfast. In addition the customer service was absolutely outstanding
Absolutely fantastic. First time of many (I´m sure). Great service, the food came out fast and everything was just perfect. I will definitely come back.
The food was pretty good and the brand new server tried really hard though taking our orders though their phones made it seem like they were texting the whole time. I did, however, have a problem with another server (whose section it wasn't) standing at a table talking to a couple of men who also may have been off-duty servers. Their conversation about idiot customers and their evening antics wouldn't have bothered me as much if the tables weren't right on top of each other. So you couldn't help but feel like you were being rude for listening or needing to talk over them to have your own conversation. It's a cute little place with pretty good food (overpriced though-everything comes in disposable plates and with plasticware), just wait for a nice day and sit at the picnic benches out back.
Very crowded, hard to be comfortable inside. The plastic silverware and cups really take away from the experience and it’s very difficult to cut fried chicken with a flimsy plastic knife. I’ve been several times before and this was not the best experience. I’ll still be back but just hoping for a little higher quality next time.
The Nashville Jam is a great breakfast/brunch location that I have brought friends to many times! The food never disappoints.
Great food, great environment and amazing service.
Such a great breakfast spot! Lots of outside seating and super casual. The food was absolutely incredible! I will definitely be going back, and I recommend that you try it out!
Very busy on the weekend and very small inside. If you are lucky to get a table outdoors, then you're set to go. The food is good. Some of the best chicken I've had. BE careful with parking as there is nowhere to park hardly and they do write tickets.
Absolutely AMAZING food!!!! And the staff is always so sweet! Our fav breakfast spot in all of Nashville!!
Service was spectacular & the biscuits/jams were phenomenal. Sausage gravy was not like momma’s but good enough…
We had a reservation for days in advance. We even got a text to confirm, which I did. When we showed up the door was locked but the open sign was on. We knocked and sat in the front of the restaurant for 20mins. We had a reservation for 10 people on a Saturday so unfortunately we had no other options and ended up eating fast food. We called the number which continued to give a busy signal. It was very disappointing experience.
Nice local neighborhood restaurant. Good food and fun atmosphere.
Fantastic gem. Great food and vibe. Go off the beaten path of Broadway and enjoy!
Daniels Big Breakfast is delicious as are the Mimosa. I highly recommend both to anyone who is thinking of checking them out. The next time I visit I plan on having a bronut. If it's as tasty as what I've already had I'm sure it'll be heavenly.
Had a large group and made a reservation and had to wait about 25 min to sit. Great food, and nice to sit outside.
