Service was fantastic, food was quick and delicious, all in a comfortable but trendy atmosphere.
checked out the menu for the variety - we each had a different dish and dessert.
All were happy with their ordered meal - The chicken and tuna so good. The dessert unbelieveable
Nichy was an outstanding server. Professional, knowledgeable, and clearly well-versed in all aspects of the restaurant.
Delicious lamb! Great service! Pricey drinks though.
Server was excellent, a very nice first experience.

We live out of town, but The Nash was recommended to us and it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious (I had the flat iron steak) and they completely met my dietary restrictions without blinking an eye (Celiac). The service was pleasant and not overbearing. I loved how open and bright the restaurant was, great aesthetic. I would absolutely send someone else to The Nash and we'll be back for sure!
Another great meal! The ravioli is our new favourite, would highly recommend it. We sat at the counter right by the grill and it was fun to watch the skilled chefs at work.
Was a great place to celebrate our 15yr anniversary. Flies were a bit annoying for sure but to be expected when patio open. Only part of dinner that was negative
Pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon and grilled was outstanding. Kale course went really well with it. Add it to the main menu. Service was excellent. Desserts were good. Will return.
Tasty, well presented food-Tombo tuna sandwich, meatloaf panini, Squash/spinach salad, chocolate tart/raspberry sorbet. Service was very attentive. We enjoyed a leisurely lunch without feeling rushed.
Lunch portions, especially the meatloaf ciabatta, were very small
Jeremy our server was awesome!
The food was outstanding. Everything was perfectly prepared, and the portions are bigger than expected.
My wife and I are well-traveled and are very much foodies. We have never been to a restaurant where EVERYTHING that we've ordered was amazing and spot on. During our week long stay in Calgary, we ate at The Nash three times and despite deliberating ordering different dishes, the food was amazing each time. There is a strong French influence in the dishes, but it has modern and young twist to it. We LOVE it!
Unlike other raviolis that we've had, the confit chicken ravioli was so thin, it melted in your mouth. The Mussels and Frites in Thai red curry and coconut broth was amazing - so were the the seared scallops with pork belly.
Their Meat off the Rotisserie is prepared Sous Vide and is then finished through the wood-burning rotisserie for a lightly charred crust. We usually don't like meat prepared via Sous Vide because it taste a bit boiled, but the Chef at The Nash know how to do it correctly and you wouldn't think it was Sous Vide unless you asked. Their food is close as it gets to Culinary Perfection!
They are known for their brunch buns and I can say they live up to the hype. We shared a caramel, lemon curd berry bun and it was amazing. The bacon was also really tasty.
Been awhile since visiting Nash, but pleased we did. The only drawback was the noise factor, which is difficult to control when people go there to have fun, enjoy the experience of top quality food, well prepared. Will certainly go back !! Big Kudos to Niki, our server: she knows what service is!
While overall the restaurant is lovely, our group did find the service friendly but quite slow and inattentive. Our meal took over an hour to arrive.
Staff know their food and wine and are proud of the Nash
We have dined at the Nash so many times and when family come to town they request the Nash. Our latest meal at Nash with family may be our last and it makes me sad as we have fond memories of great times. We had a reservation and still had to wait 20 minutes for our table and the hostess didn’t even us wine while we were waiting... when we mentioned this she told us to bring it up with our waiter...so unprofessional shouldn’t we working in hospitality. Our waiter was learning the ropes (of waitering) at this level of establishment where the waiters are very professional so it was obvious that this young man wasn’t on the A team. We ordered cocktails, wine and he was not up to speed on ingredients, drink specials and so much more. When taking our appetizers and food orders the dishes all went to the wrong people at our table and it got progressively more chaotic from there. He brought a more knowledgeable waiter to our table to discuss wine we got the first bottle but both waiters forgot the second bottle. By this time we had had enough. Two issues with the food, BC salmon portion was so small the Nash should b embarrassed to serve it and the pork chop was tasteless. We all felt as though we were at a different restaurant because nothing resembled the great experience we had so many times in the before.
Asked to replace the accompanying vegetable to my meal and they ended up charging us ! $16 FOR MASHED POTATOES --overpriced
Nice place - highly recommended
Great food, variety and trendy too.
Rotisserie chicken was great. Prime rib, salmon, pasta, burger were all good. Good beer and cocktail choices. Service is a little slow which is fine and allows you to talk and have some drinks.
Food was just ok. Very slow service and priced too high for experience.
Excellent service; the food was outstanding, well prepared and tasty. The tables are not too close to one another allowing for a private conversation; the décor is beautiful.
I’ve eaten here several times and typically it’s been good. Today was not a great experience we were sat in a corner of the restaurant which was fine as it had a lot of sun until 2 flies came, it was bearable until near the end when more came. I even saw the waitress shooing them away. A nice girls visit ended earlier than we expected and was dampened by the flies.
The food was mediocre today, the has browns were cold, the bacon and eggs were ok nothing special, this was not a typical Nash experience for me as every time we’ve eaten here it’s been great, just an off day maybe or the flies annoyed me so much that it made everything else a little worse.
Always good food with great ambience even for a quiet brunch. Lemon curd French toast is a winner and the carrot cake cinnamon bun seemed popular.
I went here with my BF for his birthday. Neither of us had been to Nash before. It was on my radar for quite some time so I was excited to try it out. We had three appies - scallops, hummus and potato rolls. All three were excellent. Best scallops we've ever had. Hummus was perfectly seasoned. Potato rolls weren't my favourite but I think it was more that they didn't work with the other two appies, not that there was anything not great about them. For mains, my guy had the prime rib and I had pasta. Both were fantastic. I would say the pasta was quite greasy from the pork belly fat but I embrace animal fats as a super food so it works for me! Niki was a perfect server. She was friendly and attentive without being overly solicitious. She offered beer samples when I couldn't decide. My only critique of the entire evening would be that I booked though Open Table (obviously) and had asked if there was a possibility of a diabetic friendly dessert. It would be fine if there wasn't one or the request couldn't be accomodated but the request was either not passed on or somehow was missed at Nash. Not much point in asking if there is a special occasion or special requests if it gets missed. But it was such a small blip, I mention it just cuz but really, we had a fantastic meal and evening and didn't miss dessert. We had to have our leftovers taken home as it was! Thanks Nash and specifically Niki.
Our waiter was fabulous.
Two gals celebrating a birthday. We had the spinach and roasted squash salad. Delicious! We had the cod dish. Delicious! We had the key lime dessert. To die for! I truly believe this is one of the best restaurants in town and will definitely be back.
Great food. Great service. Great addition to Inglewood.
Wonderful as per usual ! The Nash never disappoints
We made reservations and were informed it would be counter seating, which was fine, in theory. When we arrived the hostess attempted to seat us at the counter directly facing the wood fired oven about 8' away. Just approaching the seats we knew this was a bad idea. The radiant heat from the fire alone was overwhelming. We asked to be moved. It appears there were other tables open but she put us at the counter facing a wall 30" away from us. So for the next two hours we stared at a tile wall. The seating was so tight that the server had to push past us to put down plates or serve wine. I am okay staring at a wall for a quick lunch at an airport, but when I am going out for a better meal, I don't expect such mediocre seating. They should really just not have seats there. The meal was good but the overall dining experience was not great. Not the restaurant's fault but there was a group celebrating something and you would think we were in a sports bar not a fine dining restaurant. When did it become okay for women to be screaming f-bombs across tables and men doing hi-fives and chanting?? Is this a Calgary thing?
It was awesome, the food was outstanding and our service was excellent. Thank you.
The Nash is one of Calgary's top restaurants for great food. Our latest visit on a Friday evening was good, but not up to Nash's usual customer service standards. The hostess acknowledged us and went to find our table, then returned 5 minutes later after chatting at the bar having forgotten to find our table. Once seated, we waited 10 minutes before being greeted by a server and given water. However, after this rocky start the meal was excellent. The chicken, flat iron steak, and liver were all delicious and perfectly cooked. The bucatini was a little disappointing and lacked flavor. Prices are high, but that is to be expected at a restaurant with this quality of food and demand for seats. All that being said, we will probably return to the Nash for special occasions.
The only issue was waiting for drinks as many walk ins from the night market. I think it was under staffed for a Friday.
I had the smoked strip loin. Excellent, nice smoke ring, tender, juicy. It came with fiddleheads and morel mushrooms, very good seasonal side. Service was very good as well.
We sat at the kitchen bar which was nice as we had the opportunity to interact with the chefs and ask questions about the Menu, food was good not great, Fish special an Italian Fish was lacking in taste, lots of bones and not much fish. Lots of vegetables but lacking fish.
Poke starter had to much ginger and Steak Tartar starter was like a mush , to runny, bread serviced with it very salty. Service was OK but as restaurant got busy during the evening service level dropped. This is a nice restaurant but food quality needs to be addressed.
