Open to holiday makers, wedding guests and locals, the Murray Arms Hotel in Gatehouse of Fleet is an extension of Laggan, offering bed and breakfast, grazing boards between 1.00pm - 4.30pm and our supper menu from 5pm - 8.30pm.

We have undergone an extensive refurbishment, winning Hotel of the Year in 2023 for Best Design. Our new spaces include our bar area which is dog friendly and our new restaurant.

Booked a table in the bar for Father's Day as we were bringing a dog with us. We live fairly locally so this is a place that we know is excellent. As ever we were not disappointed - our Sunday roasts were exceptional and the staff were as friendly, helpful and professional as always. Our dog appreciated the lovely treats Thank you ☺️

I was lucky enough to celebrate father's day with my dad at the Murray Arms on Sunday and was really impressed with the ambience, service and quality of the food. I would whole-heartedly recommend.

We had a brilliant dinner on Saturday night- the staff could not have been kinder or more accommodating and the service was quick. The food was delicious, as were the cocktails and mocktails. We will be back!

Excellent food. Loved the minibus collecting us at our snug and dropping us back off again. Staff were great. Lovely atmosphere. Loved the attention to detail.

Staff were friendly, service was prompt except for the coffee. The food was of a high standard, we both enjoyed our meals. We felt the menu was very restrictive ( too many chicken dishes) The wine we chose was lovely but again a very limited choice. I doubt if we will return.
