The Mulholland. A new neighborhood restaurant at the end of its famed namesake Drive. We are local family-owned and rooted in two generations of hospitality expertise. At The Mulholland, we're all about taking a thoughtful approach to New American cuisine in an environment created for memorable experiences around every plate and glass. Our creative menu crafted by Culinary Director Chef Chris Flint (Eleven Madison Park, NoMad) and Chef de Cuisine Michele Carter (Barbara Lynch Collective) infuses energy into crave-worthy dishes that are artfully crafted with seasonal, local and organic ingredients. With a beverage program to match this ethos, our cocktails are playful spins on the classics and our vibrant wine list is largely organic and off the beaten path. Join us for a Mahjong night at The Mulholland. This event brings together lovers of the game and great food and drink. The menu includes Focaccia with pizza butter, Caesar salad, Petaluma Chicken with spring asparagus and herb olive potatoes along with strawberry cheesecake for dessert. There will be handcrafted drink specials and prizes up for grabs. This night is more than a game-it's a gathering of community, camaraderie, and elevated taste. Teams are limited and be prepared to bring your team of four in advance. Reservations are made $50 per person excluding tax and gratuity ($64.76 inclusive of tax and gratuity); however, you must have your team of 4 people set for the evening along with all your mahjong gear for your team. This is your moment to play, dine, and unwind.

Our second dine at The Mulholland did not disappoint. The food is Devine. My friend had the sea bass which was in an incredible sauce, my husband had the seared scallops on forbidden rice which was just perfect. I had the asparagus quinoa plate and added shrimp. A lovely, light summer dish. The focaccia is like a perfect cloud of bread with a beautiful salted crust….we never can resist! And I’m not a bread eater! The tempura mushroom appetizer is not in the slightest greasy and the perfect kick off to dinner. We tried the ice cream sundae for dessert….WOW! All of it…and absolute home run!

We ate here for the first time last night. Omg! We have missed out! The focaccia is sublime. We sampled the tempura mushrooms which were crunchy, delicate and incredible. The tagliatelle with shrimp added was a dish of balanced flavors with a kick of chili….just perfect. The quinoa with asparagus and Jerusalem artichokes I could eat every day! My husband ordered the Petaluma chicken with mushrooms and whipped potatoes. His taste has been ravaged by chemo and radiology but he pronounced the dish as one of the best meals he’s eaten in years! I’m writing this en route to making our next reservation for next week! Thank you everyone at The Mulholland!

Besides the foccacia, the food was very underwhelming, wine list okay, service pretty good. Won't return, except for that bread.

Oh, that bread! All the reviews get it right, it was amazing. We enjoyed the tempura mushrooms, although I might try another appetizer next time. The scallop dish was delicious. The Caesar salad was huge. Service was attentive and friendly. We ate inside and it was so noisy we could barely hear each other. I wouldn’t choose again for a romantic dinner, but it was nice the restaurant gifted us with dessert for our anniversary. Next time we would try dining outside.

My husband and I dined here two weeks in a row. The food is outstanding, as is the service (thank you Brian) and they have a fabulous wine list. This is my new favorite local restaurant!
