Xavier Picquenot and his kitchen team have put The Brasserie firmly on the culinary map, offering guests local ingredients to showcase some old fashioned classics. With our onsite smokery and extensive kitchen garden, both have become central to the menus developed for the restaurant. Our Greenhouse Marquee offers private dining for up to 100 guests, offers a private bar and can be used all year round. The Marquee boasts a log burner and heating for those winter days.
