   The staff, including our Server Joey, were welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious and presented very well and the ambiance of the whole restaurant is really engaging and comfortable. My wife and I look forward to returning for a later dinner where we might enjoy the lit skyline of the City Beautiful. We highly recommend The Monroe.

   This place has quite the ambiance. If it weren’t for my bonus daughter finding this place on TikTok I don’t think my boyfriend and I would’ve found this place. The staff is great and the food is AMAZING!!! You have got to try their famous fried chicken. Trust me there’s no comparison!!! They’re market vegetable is a like a mini street corn, but 10x better. You won’t be disappointed with this place. We went for dinner, but will def be back for brunch!!!

   Nice restaurant especially for those heading to the theater or Amway arena. We enjoyed the vegetarian options and cocktails.

   This is a great addition to the Orlando food scene. I loved the 70’s vibe and the fried chicken is superb!

   We were pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. This place came up as a suggestion from Open Table and we figured we would give it a try. The food was delicious, the service was great and it wasn't expensive, how much more could you ask for than that?

   I had some time on a Saturday late morning and had some literary journals to plow through, so I thought I would spend the time in the very ambiance-filled room at The Monroe. I sound so studious, but I did start this solo brunch with an excellent Bloody Mary. I wanted a drip coffee with a little oat milk, but this had to be made at a special coffee bar... and when I needed a refill it was a completely separate purchase (which seemed odd for a brunch, but let's roll with it...). My mushroom hash was truly excellent, but I needed a little more, and had one more journal to get through, so I ordered a doughnut. My second coffee arrived (remember: no refills... only separate orders...) and I was able to get all of the way through my journal with still no doughnut. The waitperson assigned to my table walked by several times and looked at me, but rarely checked on me. When I finally got her attention she quickly ran over to get the doughnut... and I wish she hadn't. All of my residual goodwill vanished when I ate the stale, tasteless cake donut... and I was so hungry that I ate it anyway. She asked me what I thought... and I told her that I would know better than to order it again. Of course, for that meager brunch the bill, with tip, was over $50. The good news is that I was able to finish all of the journals in a nice atmosphere.

    Food was great (highly recommend the fried chicken! My southern boyfriend said it’s one of the best he’s ever had) and the ambience is gorgeous. We sat down for brunch, then grabbed coffee, and then finished with a few more cocktails at the Front Porch. We really enjoyed our visit!
