Welcome to The Modern Cafe & Brasserie, a brand new category.

We are a brand new restaurant that just opened on 8th of march 2019 located in the heart of Copenhagen. A new category of a traditional cafe, we call it Cafe Gastronomy. Our cooking is inspired by the classic cuisine of France and Italy and Denmark. We are open everyday except 24th of december Christmas or 31st of december new years day.

We are looking forward to greet you in the door of our warm and cozy atmosfear, designed to make you feel at home.

Slow and inconsistent service. We had two different wait staff and neither asked us if we wanted more water, drinks or how are food was. The place also smelled like smoke and staff. Super expensive for a small bowl of pumpkin soup and REALLY light wine pour.

Went with a group a coworkers while in Copenhagen. The burger was amazing! What a warm and inviting restaurant, highly recommend.
