    Food and service were good. My only complaint would be that one person was still eating and the server took away everyone else’s plate and was clearing the table.

    Nice table on the outdoor patio. Food was acceptable not outstanding. They ran out of the prime rib special even though it was only 6:00 and we had reservations.

    We had a table of six. There was a wedding party there so we were disappointing to find out there was no prime rib. Very disappointing. However the waiter a young gentleman was run off his feet and he did the best to accommodate us. He was amazingly fast. The ambiance was lovely. And our food was delicious.

    Restaurant was busy. Service was pretty good. Limited menu from what I recall from a few years back. Likely because of the pandemic. More of the pub style menu. We had the prime rib special. It was very nice. Noise level was high because the restaurant was full. A good experience overall. Will return for sure.

    Was our first time trying The Mill and we were pleasantly surprised! Very excited to go back with nicer weather to enjoy the patio. Food was excellent!

    All good, but as with almost any restaurant, much depends on the noise level. Hard surfaces don't help. When the kids at the other side start yelling, all chance of conversation is lost. Up until that point it was great. Service, food, view, and ambiance very good and pleasant. A regular rendezvous place for us.

    We enjoyed a very nice lunch on the patio overlooking the grounds. The pepper soup was excellent; we had 2 servings of fish and chips - the fish was over cooked and the fries could have been better. But we will come back another day. David

    Another wonderful meal with exceptional service on the terrace patio at The Mill Restaurant. We travelled from Toronto to enjoy a relaxing and casual lunch on a sunny summer day. The service is always great and the servers and all staff are very attentive to their guests. There's a casual, friendly atmosphere and you can always count on high quality meals and larger portions. Reservations are recommended. The restaurant adheres to all COVID19 protocols and you feel safe at all times.

    I booked upper patio. Got a call a couple of hours before to say they had a wedding and only the pub patio was available. Wedding was very loud.

    We ate on the patio which was clean and attractive. It was covered with hard canopies which kept the rain off. There were also heaters if needed. The surrounding trees and gardens are very lovely. Food and service were excellent.

    We enjoyed a quiet relaxing lunch on the covered out door balcony overlooking golf course. The menu was not extensive but our group of 4 tried 3 different options and we were all very pleased. will go again

    We started with the crab cakes and then we each had the steak frites which was excellent. The steaks were tender, juicy and flavourful. Our server was Chloe and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Chloe was cheerful, welcoming, attentive without being overbearing. Enjoyed our anniversary dinner and would definitely return to dine again.

    I like the atmosphere very calm. Server was very helpful. I had salmon, but would like if you add some kind of a sauce as a side. We enjoyed the visit & we will be back.

    We were seated on the upper deck and had a beautiful view over the gardens and golf course and the pond with the gorgeous little fountain!! Food , service and ambiance was amazing and we will be back many more times! It even rained and nothing could keep the servers and management from keeping their happy attitude. What a Gem! I just loved that place!

    Convenient location to meet my friend from Belleville. Easy to get to, welcoming, decent food, good drinks and unrushed. Great view of the course from the upper patio.
