Our aim at The Meze is to bring a modern approach to Turkish dining. Having a simple, easy to order menu priced keenly makes choosing your dishes stress free. Our chefs pride themselves on their exquisite attention to detail when preparing, cooking and plating; in our opinion the best tasting turkish cuisine you'll try.

Our period building in Bexleyheath sits prominently on the corner of the high street with a large car parking facility a short walk away. Inside our theme is urban, face brickwork throughout with contrasting stainless steel for a clean cut but warm and inviting environment. We also have a luxurious garden and smoking area to relax after your meal.

Love this place. Food is consistently good and tonight, even though they were slightly short staffed we didn’t wait long for our meal. We were even offered a free drink. Great service, we will be back soon!

The food was lovely the sevice was good but we felt we were very rushed. As soon as we sat down we got drinks which is good but then the waiter was hoovering asking if we were ready to order. We got our starter and as soon as the last person finished our main was bought straight over. I felt we needed at least a few minutes to let it go down. Once we finished our main we was asked about desserts. we didnt have a dessert but wanted a drink which was fine but we was also told when he bought them back over that the table was booked so we would need to hurry up basically. i know they usually say 2 hrs but it wasnt even 80 minutes. In future i will stick to going at lunchtime when its less busy.

Good quality food and a good service and the Decor is very pleasing on the eye. It’s worth a visit.

We had heard such good things about meze, upon arrival the exterior of the restaurant is lovely. We got in to the restaurant and were sat directly in front of the door, awful placement for a table as the doors are constantly being open and shut and my partner and I were constantly blasted with cold winter air. I spoke to one of the wait staff and asked if we could move as it was an awful table due to being sat indoors and feeling as though we were outside, I was told she’d look and that was the end of it, we were then told we could move our table over which didn’t help and then left me back to back with another diner. We were left with a very obvious impression that they are far more interested in parties/group bookings. The restaurant is also very loud, but again that is more about the parties/groups so not really their fault. Overall, the food was fantastic and is definitely good value for money ; however the staffs lack of interest in their diners enjoyment was extremely disappointing considering we would love to eat there again, but there was only one table for two so we’d likely be stuck in front of the door blasted with wind again.
