   I made a reservation for 5 PM so that  we could be there for happy hour. They do not serve happy hour at the tables. One person that was in my party was my 87 year-old father who could not stand at the bar. There was only one seat at the bar, all the hightop tables are included in the happy hour and no one was sitting at them . We asked if we could sit a high top and they said no it was a 40 minute wait. We were there for one full hour and still, no one was seated at the high top tables. The food was terrible, the shrimp taste like rubber, and the margaritas were pure lemonade. There was no tequila in them at all. Very disappointed I thought this would be a go to place.

   Not our first dining experience at The Mexicano, and we love going back, however the music tonight was extremely loud to where we couldn’t carry a conversation. We spoke to the manager and kindly asked if he could turn down the volume a notch and he basically told us no and was rather curt about it. He walked around greeting other parties but continued to ignore our table the rest of the night. The speakers in patio area are louder than inside area. With the gorgeous breezy weather, one might prefer inside seating to enjoy a better dining experience to converse better. Love the entertainment and energy - dancers and dancing robots!

   The food and service were great! The restaurant is beautiful and we loved the live entertainment throughout the evening on a Friday night! Very awesome experience overall, just wish the music was a little bit lower so my group could talk to each other without having to yell.

   Our first time. Unfortunately we didn't get to try things we were looking for because of the prefix menu. beans and salsa were very good and we base 40% of our reviews at Mexican on how authentic these two items are. The beef enchilada and taco meat was hard and dried up. Margaritas were just ok. Our waitress was a sweetheart. It was extremely loud inside. Maybe due to Cinco De Mayo festivities. We will definitely go back and order from the full menu another time.

   We had the chicken tinga enchilada and the enchilada divorciada which were both delicious! I like that this place starts out with complimentary chips and salsa which not many do now-a-days. We sat in the patio which was just right but the music was a little loud to carry on a conversation but it did get less loud later. Great time!

   Everyone enjoyed their meal in our party of six. The queso birria tacos are loaded with meat and the chips and salsa were really good. The Dj played good music and I thought the noise level was perfect. Not so loud that you couldn’t have a conversation but loud enough to enjoy the music. The entertainment came out every 30 minutes and was also a great addition. We will be back!

    Overall Experience: Absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. Food: The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish exceeded expectations. Service: The service was top-notch! Attentive without being intrusive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Atmosphere: Warm, inviting, and perfectly suited for a relaxing meal.
