   Our second time here and food is fantastic. Our server and his assistant had great timing, (not hovering.) The spicy margaritas are amazing and the elote guacamole you don’t want to miss! So glad they opened here is Chandler!

   What a great restaurant. Loved everything, music, food, service. Tried a frozen build your own margarita ! Impressed and we will visit again

   This location at Chandler Mall just opened so it was very busy! Had reservations so we were happily seated immediately . Service started off strong, friendly welcome, attentive, etc. However, as dinner went on, our service went downhill. Dishes came out at various times, not all at once. Our server was rarely to never be found. Finally tracked her down to order dessert. We had a friend in town and wanted her to try the churros cart. Waited 25 minutes for them, they never came. We finally tracked her down again (yes, 25 mins passed until we saw her again), and asked her to cancel them. She said ok, then they ended up coming out to the table right after. A 2nd order also came out. Seemed like she forgot to order them for us. My bill came and she did ring up 2 orders of churros. There was no "sorry those took so long" or "sorry for charging you twice, let me fix that", no acknowledgement, just asked if we wanted to take them to go. I quietly mentioned this to the manager on the way out and he said he would credit us the $14, which was appreciated as I didn't ask for it. I have not seen it yet but it was Sunday night and it's only Tuesday, hopefully we'll see it back. We were going to order the build your own margarita bar (they promote over 30 toppings). We went up to look at our options prior to ordering & it's a good thing we did. We counted 13 candies you could put in your drink. Nothing like their photos show you. We opted not to order it. Our bill ended up being $89. We ordered chicken fajitas & my husband ordered tacos. I had a traditional margarita and upgraded my tequila. My husband had water & we had the churros. That's it. Overall, rating it 3/10. Overall, food was good, not GREAT, definitely nothing close to authentic Mexican food, service was terrible, ambiance is good, we liked this location better than PV. Decided this is probably not somewhere we would return to. It's definitely on the pricier side and service was horrible.

   Food and service were excellent! The atmosphere inside and on patio was colorful and fun! Enjoyed a Ferris wheel of guacamole/salsa; chicken fajitas; tour of Mexicano and churros with dipping sauce. One improvement would be warm churros vs room temperature. Advise reservations (which we had) - otherwise one hour wait. We’ll definitely be back!

   The service was not the greatest. Our waiter didn’t know the menu too well. Unfortunately, the tables food came out before I was notified that the dish I wanted couldn’t be prepared without onions. So I had to wait for my food to come out while everyone else in our party had already received theirs.

   Went in for my best friends birthday. Food was amazing! As well for the customer service 10/10 experience

   Very disappointed in our first visit to this new restaurant. Very noisy and could not have conversation. My blood orange margarita I sent back because it was awful. My husband ordered a chimichanga - it was served on a plate with no sauce, no rice, no beans....he had to send it back for sauce. I didn't care at all for my entree Birrata?? The flan was interesting but not in a good way. The guacamole was okay but nothing special. Beautifully appointed restaurant but doesn't come close to a good Mexican restaurant. We will go to Manuel's for Mexican cuisine and continue to frequent The Italiano in Scottsdale - wish Joey would have opened a much needed good Italian restaurant here in Chandler...you could only hope!

   Service and appetizer was great but unfortunately the music was much too loud. Bar atmosphere not restaurant. I don’t feel it’s necessary to yell across the table to have a conversation. So unfortunately we left and had dinner at Coopers Hawk next door.

   Food needed flavor. We had two servers and they still took very long to take orders, give checks, attend. Music was way too loud. Only thing I liked was the flan, salsa and chips. It’s decorated nice and love the folklorico dancers but overall wouldn’t recommend or go back.

    The food was excellent/authentic and the service awesome! Isiah our server was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Management was top notch and stopped by our table to make sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was super lively and upbeat and we even had a folkrico show. Reminded us of our Mexican roots and proud of our heritage. Highly recommended you check out The Mexicano Chandler!
