   Not our first dining experience at The Mexicano, and we love going back, however the music tonight was extremely loud to where we couldn’t carry a conversation. We spoke to the manager and kindly asked if he could turn down the volume a notch and he basically told us no and was rather curt about it. He walked around greeting other parties but continued to ignore our table the rest of the night. The speakers in patio area are louder than inside area. With the gorgeous breezy weather, one might prefer inside seating to enjoy a better dining experience to converse better. Love the entertainment and energy - dancers and dancing robots!

   We had the chicken tinga enchilada and the enchilada divorciada which were both delicious! I like that this place starts out with complimentary chips and salsa which not many do now-a-days. We sat in the patio which was just right but the music was a little loud to carry on a conversation but it did get less loud later. Great time!

   Everyone enjoyed their meal in our party of six. The queso birria tacos are loaded with meat and the chips and salsa were really good. The Dj played good music and I thought the noise level was perfect. Not so loud that you couldn’t have a conversation but loud enough to enjoy the music. The entertainment came out every 30 minutes and was also a great addition. We will be back!

   Overall Experience: Absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. Food: The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish exceeded expectations. Service: The service was top-notch! Attentive without being intrusive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Atmosphere: Warm, inviting, and perfectly suited for a relaxing meal. The ambiance really enhanced the overall experience. Final Thoughts: This place is a gem! I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to friends and family.

   Our second time here and food is fantastic. Our server and his assistant had great timing, (not hovering.) The spicy margaritas are amazing and the elote guacamole you don’t want to miss! So glad they opened here is Chandler!

   This location at Chandler Mall just opened so it was very busy! Had reservations so we were happily seated immediately . Service started off strong, friendly welcome, attentive, etc. However, as dinner went on, our service went downhill. Dishes came out at various times, not all at once. Our server was rarely to never be found. Finally tracked her down to order dessert. We had a friend in town and wanted her to try the churros cart. Waited 25 minutes for them, they never came. We finally tracked her down again (yes, 25 mins passed until we saw her again), and asked her to cancel them. She said ok, then they ended up coming out to the table right after. A 2nd order also came out. Seemed like she forgot to order them for us. My bill came and she did ring up 2 orders of churros. There was no "sorry those took so long" or "sorry for charging you twice, let me fix that", no acknowledgement, just asked if we wanted to take them to go. I quietly mentioned this to the manager on the way out and he said he would credit us the $14, which was appreciated as I didn't ask for it. I have not seen it yet but it was Sunday night and it's only Tuesday, hopefully we'll see it back. We were going to order the build your own margarita bar (they promote over 30 toppings). We went up to look at our options prior to ordering & it's a good thing we did. We counted 13 candies you could put in your drink. Nothing like their photos show you. We opted not to order it. Our bill ended up being $89. We ordered chicken fajitas & my husband ordered tacos. I had a traditional margarita and upgraded my tequila. My husband had water & we had the churros. That's it. Overall, rating it 3/10. Overall, food was good, not GREAT, definitely nothing close to authentic Mexican food, service was terrible, ambiance is good, we liked this location better than PV. Decided this is probably not somewhere we would return to. It's definitely on the pricier side and service was horrible.

   Food and service were excellent! The atmosphere inside and on patio was colorful and fun! Enjoyed a Ferris wheel of guacamole/salsa; chicken fajitas; tour of Mexicano and churros with dipping sauce. One improvement would be warm churros vs room temperature. Advise reservations (which we had) - otherwise one hour wait. We’ll definitely be back!

   The service was not the greatest. Our waiter didn’t know the menu too well. Unfortunately, the tables food came out before I was notified that the dish I wanted couldn’t be prepared without onions. So I had to wait for my food to come out while everyone else in our party had already received theirs.

    Great atmosphere. It feels like an exciting party or the feeling you have arriving in a resort in Cancun or Playa Del Carmen. The hosts, the servers, and managers were nice. The DJ was rocking. The dancers were cool. They all had pleasant attitudes. The food was plentiful, hot and delicious. We had delicious empanadas as the appetizers. They were buttery and tasty, meaty from tip to tip. The chips and salsa was good. My wife had the enchiladas. She really like them. I had the tour of Mexico. It was tasty. I realized I am not a Chile Relleno type of guy but it was good. The wait was not long. The food was hot at each point. The servers were on point at all times, refills, check in with us, everything. Definitely we will be back soon for the 1ft long quesadillas.
