   The service was very slow and we had to rush our food to be back to our conference on time. The servers were not polite or friendly. They clearly were not happy in their job. The food was nice but expensive.

   Food was good but service was awful. The place was not busy at all and our drinks came after food arrived.

   We did not have a good experience for the tea time here. When booking, I did not see any area to leave any comments beforehand as we are vegetarian. There was no email or chat option for the hotel to tell them about our dietary needs for the tea time. I can not call international so I could not call the hotel either. Once we arrived, we let the staff know that we are vegetarian. We were hoping they would accommodate our needs but they said they could not help us with our dietary needs this last minute. Usually, places are accommodating, and help with their customers needs. We were upset with the service and we’re not happy with the tea time here. Will be trying somewhere else in Ireland for sure.

   Hello, Sorry to hear that you did not enjoyed your Afternoon tea experience with us on this occasion . We pride ourselves with best customer service and we take very seriously any dietary requirements . When you arrived on the day you informed the members of staff about your egg allergy and being Vegetarian, unfortunately most of the savory and sweet items from the Afternoon Tea selection contain egg and given the short notice you gave us and the fact we cook from scratch made it impossible for us to accommodate your dietary requirements . Please consider you have numerous options to inform us about your dietary requirements, either via email, Add note on Opentable when creating the booking or even by clicking the buttons near allergy section .    I ordered the Salmon and it was one of the poorest meals I have had in a long time. The fish was overcooked and the sauces were nearly non existent and tasteless.

    Food was average. Very dry beef and small portions. Staff are friendly. Probably wouldn't return there for food .
