                                                      The most civilized way to see art at the Met should include a meal at The Dining Room. You can take a break between art and rest yourself while enjoying the best food in the area. Food iss creative and tasty. Highly recommended.

                                                      Everything was excellent. From the peonies on the table to the sunset which seemed made to order it was a lovely evening. The food and wine was all very well prepared and very good. We had a great time.

                                                      Very disappointed. The room had no atmosphere, tables arranged poorly we felt like we were eating in a hallway. Food very mediocre. Reminded me of poor quality food at a wedding. Service slow and ridiculous. They kept bringing only the food for one person and there were two of us. We prepaid for a special 4course Sargent in Paris themed dinner. It was overpriced. This was basically a donation to the Museum. Next time we will eat elsewhere and make a separate donation. Metropolitan Museum please get new management in your members dining room!

                                                      Overall it was pleasant, but very pricey. Not much help for gf people. Apparently they used to have Gluten free rolls - but no longer do. It is 2025, get with it Met Dining Room!

                                                      Excellent service - waiter was friendly but not overly. Food was delicious - I had crab cakes and my husband had the chicken salad. Great selection of cocktails.
