   Everything we had was delicious! I went with the Space Cowboy Burrito, and while I didn't love the salsa that the chips came with, it didn't matter, everything else on the plate was excellent! My daughter had the Mediterranean Moon and I had a few bites of that as well- and loved it. Portion sizes were generous, the staff was friendly, will definitely return! Oh, and the banana bread for dessert was out of this world!

   Besides the food being out of this world, the service was truly a cosmic experience! 10/10 would recommend. CANNOT wait to go back and try more menu items! We tried the burger, BLT, loaded fries, egg sandwich, pancakes…… EVERYTHING was delicious and so flavorful. I’m still orbiting!!

   Had a reservation for 6 people. Were promptly seated. We poured our own water, but needed more to fill 6 glasses. Our server was very friendly, but was way too busy to be able to give good service. Took 30 minutes to get enough water for the table, coffee refills, and to be able to even place the order. Our server was so busy she told us she thought she had already taken our order, and was waiting for our food. When we finally placed our order the first 2 entrees I ordered (breakfast burrito and lox sandwich) they were out of, so I asked to come back to me when they took the rest of the order for the table. She did that and took my order last. Food came out within a reasonable amount of time after the order was placed, but mine did not come out with the rest. It arrived about 10 minutes after. The food was hot and prepared correctly. We had 3 separate checks. They brought the handheld credit processor. It had just the total for each check, nothing itemized. When I put my card in it said +3%, +5%, +7%. I was confused that the tip suggestion would be so little as I was still going to leave 20% bc I knew the server was busier than management should’ve allowed. It was then I remembered seeing in the menu that parties of 6 or more had automatic gratuity, although I didn’t remember the %. There was no where on the screen to see what tip had already been given and no verbal mention. I was last to pay, so the other 2 checks had already accidentally given over 40% tip. We didn’t say anything and left with full bellies, but a bad taste in our mouths.

We aim to provide a consistent, exceptional experience for every guest, and I'm sorry that we fell short. We are growing rapidly and are actively taking steps to better prepare for the future. I also want to apologize that your server did not mention the 20% auto gratuity for large parties. Transparency and check accuracy is a priority for us, and we will be providing additional training for our staff based on your comments.    I dined at the Mercury diner for my friend's birthday. We will first sat next to 2 dirty table, I asked to move which was accommodated. It took a while for our server to take her order like the table next to us, who got there after us, food was ordered and arrived before our food order was taken. I didn't end up liking the first thing I ordered and sat with it for 10/12 mins because our server never checked back on us, ended up having to flag her down. Luckily I ended up liking the second thing I ordered. When it was time to get our checks I let the server know I was paying cash, she told me to go up front to cash out and there was no one there stood there for 3 to 5 minutes as I watched her polish glassware and they proceeded to pay with my card. Both me and my friend had paid and signed our checks before she came over to try to take my cash payment. Overall subpar experience.

   Eclectic & tasty. Definitely worthy and we will be back. The cosmic theme is well done. The service is excellent. And the food is very good.
