We went on our Anniversary and love the touches that they provided for our anniversary. They walked us through our first meal there and we enjoyed it and are looking to return again.

I have been to the Melting Pot several times, to several different restaurants, including the one in Warrington, which is where this issue occurred. I understand the "experience", however, service was incredibly slow. We were left waiting with empty pots and or pots with boiling oil and no food for 20 minutes. The server forgot drinks and actually brought drinks we didn't ask for (and charged us for them). In addition, he charged me twice for our transaction. Our bill was over $300. He explained the mistake he made, and assured me that he voided the second transaction and only one charge would go through. Two charges of 304.70. Yesterday, I called to speak with a manager, Erin. She said this is a common problem they are aware of. She said their system is "weird" and this happens quite a bit. ??? Why wouldn't you find a way to fix it if it's a known problem. She laughed when I got upset, spoke over me continually, and was incredibly rude and condescending "Well maybe you shouldn't have used a debit card"... really? I asked to speak with her supervisor, whom she was supposedly contacting right away. I still haven't heard and still have two charges showing. I am incredibly disappointed with the Melting Pot, and not only their lack of service and support from the dinner to billing to my call afterwards, but also their unwillingness to address what is supposedly a known issue.

Sat us next to a 13year old girls birthday party with 15 of her CLOSEST and LOUDEST friends. We couldn’t talk amongst ourselves until they left which was 40 minutes after we were seated.

Noah, our waiter was fantastic. Very attentive and helpful, he waited on our table of 4 and my daughters 16th birthday table of 10. He and was patient and did not rush us at all and really went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The restaurant staff was all wonderful and helped create an event for my daughter that she will never forget. Thank you so much! Everything from the personalized menu to the special Bday treat presentation was so kind.
The food...eh, I remember it being better. The cheese was good, but I felt like the dippers were less "plentiful"than I remember (though unlimited) the pieces of veggies seemed smaller and we didn't get tortilla chips. Even the chocolate fondue has less of a variety of dippers than I remember (if you want cheesecake, you have to pay extra!). We got salads which were tasty but so much smaller than I remember them being. We passed on entree selection.

Overall, staff and service get a 10/10, ambiance is as good as I remember, but food is just average (and it's hard to mess up cheese, chocolate, and salad) worth going if you want an interactive experience with a good group of friends and fancy cocktails, but not for a gourmet meal!

FOOD was great (their were kids bang their silverware and babies crying & the parents just letting the kids watch tv on their phone loudly at 9:30 at night. It was vert distracting).
Our waiter was great except for the fact that we told him we were ordering from the special menu. He asked what broth we wanted our food cooked in we asked him what was the most popular. He told us and then when the bill came out there was a 595 extra charge on the bill for that broth.
I think if you're going to recommend something you should say but that's not included and it will be an extra charged to let the customer decide if they want the extra charge. So I was disappointed with that.

I have visited before and 1st time I have had an issue. Really hoping it was an off night with a manager who needs a ton of training. Addressed issues with gm after sending an complaint through site.

Went there for a nice dinner before a movie and 3/4 of our courses had old food in it. We got severely stale bread during the cheese course, old tomatoes on our salads, and extremely old pineapple with our chocolate. The pineapple was so old it was almost the color of our chocolate. They served that to us. If they are willing to serve such old fruit it could have made me sick, I do not want to know how old the cheese is. Our server was very nice though.

I took my wife here for our anniversary. We went with the Ultimate package. The table in back was secluded and had a quiet atmosphere. Our server was pleasant, and since we had never been there before, he described how the whole process worked. He was attentive to our needs but was not hovering.
All of the courses were well prepared and laid out for us to finish the food cooking in the fondue pots. Due to my prior training in food safety, it made me a bit uneasy to see raw chicken, beef, pork and shrimp all on the same plate. Everything went smoothly though.
This is a long meal if you plan on doing all four courses. We were there for almost 2 hours and weren't really trying to draw things out. Towards the end, we were trying to speed up.
I think doing the full 4 courses is a nice thing for a special night but left me over-stuffed. My wife also noted that she would prefer to just do the Cheese course or the Dessert course next time and not everything.
Overall, it was a good experience. I think it could be a better value though. The price point for the Ultimate package with tax and two cups of espresso during dessert (espresso not included,) with a standard tip, put the night over $200.
I would come back, but I wouldn't do one of the higher packages again.

We always enjoy visiting the Melting pot however this trip we felt very rushed and every time our server came over she ran away faster then I could ask anything. Mildly frustrating. But the cheese and chocolate were delicious per usual.

Nice place for birthday or romantic occasions. Was a little annoyed that i was misinformed about what wad included in the $60 romance package. No champagne toast as i was told and no choc covered strawberries. Not sure rose petals and a picture were worth 60 bucks, so bill ended up being $200 for 2 people. The food is pricey enough. Nice ambiance but wouldn't spend the money on something like that except for a special occasion.

We always have a wonderful experience at the Melting Pot. We only go once a year because of how expensive it can be, but it's worth it. You get plenty of delicious food and some awesome drinks! The servers are great too. Mike (at the Warrington location), our most recent server, was friendly, funny and very informative and accommodating.

The only thing we can and will complain about from this visit is we went particularly for the Center City Restaurant Week menu that the Warrington location honored, but NOT on Saturdays. Now, that was disappointing. The first time we were ever disappointed with the Melting Pot.

Have wanted to try Melting Pot for a while but reservations were difficult as dinner takes over two hours to go from cheese app to chocolate desert. Unfortunately we found this place extremely over priced for the 4 course option. You'd be better served spending this kind of cash at a Ruths Chris type of place and getting a nice steak already cooked for you.

It's a little pricy for just dessert that was devoured in literally 5 minutes by 3 kids and 2 adults, but they did go out of their way to make my son feel special on his birthday with a card and a plate with happy Birthday written in chocolate and a piece of dipping cake with a candle. That was priceless.

Immediately greeted with friendly service from the hostess. From there, the rest of the staff did not disappoint. John, our server was excellent. Very interactive and enthusiastic about his job. The manager, also John, was constantly making rounds and checking in to make sure everything was going well. Even took our drink order to start because our server was busy and then filled our glasses to help out. Wonderful experience and would definitely go back to try different cooking styles and do dessert again

I enjoyed the experience, and the food was pretty good. Though I will most likely not return. The reason we went was to try something different, and to see if fondue would be a great choice to try at home. So, if we plan on having fondue again, we'll most likely do it ourselves at home. Cheaper, easier, and more fun that way.

I was out with a friend for her birthday and we were given a really tiny and intimate booth in a narrow hallway right in front of the bathrooms. The booth only had one entrance (super intimate and definitely meant for couples), so someone had to get up to let the other out. It was awkward. After dinner I saw there were actually tons of regular seats and booths available throughout the restaurant. Not really sure why we couldn't sit at one of those.

Food was great - who doesn't love fondue! The menu changed to per person pricing which is convienient, however, the waiters are very "sales-y" trying to sell speciality dippers and such. Also awkward.
