The location was close to our home. Everyone there was very friendly. Our server was friendly and had plenty of options for us. She also explained the menu. It was a good night out.

Our server Joey was WONDERFUL. The food was EXCELLENT. Once the main course was over, the only complaint was it did take quite awhile to get the dessert. We were there 2 1/2 hours, which was kind of long. One minor thing, the boiling broth accidentally got spilled by the manager on our table, it made a mess on the table, I was quick to try and wipe it with my napkin, and save it from spilling onto my lap, but it did splatter on my arm, which did burn me in a few very tiny spots mainly b/c my sweater was very heavy and protected me. He was quite upset and we were mostly shocked. He did say "That could have been really ugly". Anyway, it would have been nice if we did at least get my $10 drink on the house. He did get me a new napkin, since mine was soaked. Overall, it was a GREAT time.

This isn't just dinner. It's an experience. And it's more fun if you have a party of 4 or more, but even with just 2 it's nice. Be prepared for a long meal, especially if you order an entree that requires cooking. This isn't a fast in-and-out place. But if you have time to spare for a nice dinner, I recommend to do the full course meal. If you want something light, just a cheese and dessert course would be enough.

The server ignored my request for "gluten-free everything" My girlfriend gets very sick from gluten. So the fact that the server did not care or remember is very concerning. For the price, they should have some attention to details.

My daughter was in from Alabama and we had a short time. Our waiter was wonderful, he kept the process moving! The manager was helping also. We normally love taking our time and enjoying a quiet meal, but unfortunately this was a more hurried dinner. Thank you guys, my daughter made her plane!

The melting pot is one of my favorite restaurants to go. Although very expensive, it’s totally worth every penny spent here. Especially love getting the s’mores chocolate fondue!

We have been to Melting Pot before and had a nice time. However, this time service was the worst! Waitress was unhelpful, to say the least. Very disappointing.

We took a group where most people had never been there before - and they were all pleased. Our table was split - which I know is almost unavoidable due to the cooking elements - but one large table would have been better. We also had one toddler with us, and were not really expecting a 3+ hour meal.
Service was a bit slow and drink refills were never offered (water or other).
I will definitely go back but with a smaller group and without young kids.

I usually have great experiences at the melting pot but my experience yesterday was not so good. My husband and I rarely get out as it is because we have a baby so we were looking forward to this. Our bill was $80.00. Our service was not very fast. We came in at 12:30 for lunch and our waiter was not quick and was not on top of things. Our pretzels that came with our chocolate were stale. Also when we decided to do more cheese we were kind of looked at like
“Wow more?” Our drinks were only refilled twice and sitting on the table for a good amount of time before being refilled. I also let them know during the reservation that it was recently my birthday and I got an email for six chocolate covered strawberries and never received them. I’ve never had a negative experience besides this time.

We had a reservation and arrived 10min early. The hostess checked us in and then ignored us for 20min. We saw several people leave in that time and she went about doing her closing chores. I finally asked how much longer it would be and she said our table was ready. Very upsetting and threw off our whole night.

My boyfriend & I️ went here for a Christmas date/ anniversary & we loved everything about it! The options were amazing it was so hard to pick which one to eat! We ending up getting the classic alpine for our cheese which was amazing, but after a while you start to get over it, but the Cesar salad was so fresh & good. For our entree we went with all meat (steak, chicken, and pork) and it was so good, except we had to cook the meat longer then we were told. The different dips we got to use with our steak made it even more enjoyable! Lastly, for our chocolate fondue we chose the banana foster, which was to die for! On top of all of this amazing dining experience, our waiter was the most friendly, amazing guy who also knew what he was doing and you could tell he loved his job. We will definitely be heading back here soon!!

I have been to the Melting Pot several times, to several different restaurants, including the one in Warrington, which is where this issue occurred. I understand the "experience", however, service was incredibly slow. We were left waiting with empty pots and or pots with boiling oil and no food for 20 minutes. The server forgot drinks and actually brought drinks we didn't ask for (and charged us for them). In addition, he charged me twice for our transaction. Our bill was over $300. He explained the mistake he made, and assured me that he voided the second transaction and only one charge would go through. Two charges of 304.70. Yesterday, I called to speak with a manager, Erin. She said this is a common problem they are aware of. She said their system is "weird" and this happens quite a bit. ??? Why wouldn't you find a way to fix it if it's a known problem. She laughed when I got upset, spoke over me continually, and was incredibly rude and condescending "Well maybe you shouldn't have used a debit card"... really? I asked to speak with her supervisor, whom she was supposedly contacting right away. I still haven't heard and still have two charges showing. I am incredibly disappointed with the Melting Pot, and not only their lack of service and support from the dinner to billing to my call afterwards, but also their unwillingness to address what is supposedly a known issue.

Noah, our waiter was fantastic. Very attentive and helpful, he waited on our table of 4 and my daughters 16th birthday table of 10. He and was patient and did not rush us at all and really went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The restaurant staff was all wonderful and helped create an event for my daughter that she will never forget. Thank you so much! Everything from the personalized menu to the special Bday treat presentation was so kind.
The food...eh, I remember it being better. The cheese was good, but I felt like the dippers were less "plentiful"than I remember (though unlimited) the pieces of veggies seemed smaller and we didn't get tortilla chips. Even the chocolate fondue has less of a variety of dippers than I remember (if you want cheesecake, you have to pay extra!). We got salads which were tasty but so much smaller than I remember them being. We passed on entree selection.

Overall, staff and service get a 10/10, ambiance is as good as I remember, but food is just average (and it's hard to mess up cheese, chocolate, and salad) worth going if you want an interactive experience with a good group of friends and fancy cocktails, but not for a gourmet meal!

FOOD was great (their were kids bang their silverware and babies crying & the parents just letting the kids watch tv on their phone loudly at 9:30 at night. It was vert distracting).
Our waiter was great except for the fact that we told him we were ordering from the special menu. He asked what broth we wanted our food cooked in we asked him what was the most popular. He told us and then when the bill came out there was a 595 extra charge on the bill for that broth.
I think if you're going to recommend something you should say but that's not included and it will be an extra charged to let the customer decide if they want the extra charge. So I was disappointed with that.

Went there for a nice dinner before a movie and 3/4 of our courses had old food in it. We got severely stale bread during the cheese course, old tomatoes on our salads, and extremely old pineapple with our chocolate. The pineapple was so old it was almost the color of our chocolate. They served that to us. If they are willing to serve such old fruit it could have made me sick, I do not want to know how old the cheese is. Our server was very nice though.
