We came to celebrate my girlfriend’s master’s degree, service was nice and friendly with through explanations of our meal, we enjoyed a very intimate booth setting, and would definitely come back again for another special night out!
Food was amazing as always! Went for my anniversary and got a date booth. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes past our reservation and the manager gave us rose petals and candles on our table as well as a box of chocolate covered strawberries. The food was worth the wait!
Thouroughly enjoyable with fantastic food. Our waiter (Joey) was exceptional.
Good experience overall. The value always seems off, considering you cook your own food.
I had a great experience at The Melting Pot, Warrington! Our server (Tom) was GREAT! He helped us choose what to get, and even engaged in some friendly small talk. My boyfriend and I were celebrating an anniversary, and he made it so special for us. He wrote "Happy 2nd Anniversary" on a place in chocolate and gave us two glasses of champagne for desert. The restaurant greeted us with a card to help us celebrate as well! They were so thoughtful. We were served very quickly and were not rushed to finish the courses that were in front of us. I would send everyone I know there if I could!! GREAT EXPERIENCE!
Great romantic evening! Thanks!
Servers and Managers were excellent. Took the time each passing to make sure see were taken care of.
A must do at least once for everyone. Will definitely be back for appetizers, deserts & drinks . Great experience 💞
Our server was attentive at first, yet became almost surly towards the end. Dinner was 3 hours start to finish, and not by our choice; lots of waiting for the server to appear. Took forever to get more drinks and then he left all of the empties on the table. Food was good and it was a better value than in the past. Ultimately we chose Melting Pot because my 12 year old likes it.
Went for my one year anniversary with my girlfriend. First time there for the both of us and was it an experience. The food was amazing, from the cheese fondue to the entree to the dessert, it was all amazing.
We must have had a new waiter... our night was very disappointing! Portions were unusually tiny
We had to keep messing with the fondue temp to keep it the right consistency. Usually have a much better experience at this location. For a pricey meal, You expect a certain degree of quality. Will be a long time before i visit again.
Waitress was great and food was excellent as always!
Could have been a little cleaner and men's room was out of service
Server wasn’t very friendly, nor was he efficient with his time.
It was my first time at The Melting Pot. I decided to go with a bunch of friends for a little New Job celebration. Some people had done it before and having them helped a bit because the menu was a little confusing. We all decided to do the 4 course meal, which was nice but I wouldn't do it again. First, it's a lot of food, you get a cheese appetizer, salad, main entree and dessert. It doesn't sound like a lot, but you get a full pot of cheese with bread, veggies and fruit. You can refill these dippers as much as you want, the same goes for the dessert ones too. The cheese was fantastic. We got to choose two types because we had two burners. We chose the Wisconsin Cheddar and the Bacon & Gorgonzola. The Wisconsin Cheddar was fantastic, great for all the dippers, definitely something I'd go back for. The Bacon & Gorgonzola was also great, I especially liked it with the fruit, but it was a little strong for some of our party. The salad course was completely unnecessary. It was about the size of a side salad and it was drowning in dressing. Almost all of us got a different one and they were all the same. The entrees were great, we chose the Bourguignonne and the Coq au Vin. The sesame batter was a little hard to get to stick but really good. It depends on the proteins your getting as to what worked best, but I liked them both. For dessert we got the Flaming Turtle and the Chocolate S'mores. I'm not the biggest fan of s'mores but the rest of the table loved it. Everyone also loved the Flaming Turtle, both were a big hit. We got such an assortment of dippers for the dessert it was amazing. Overall, I'd definitely go back. I'd skip the salad and depending on how hungry you are I'd skip either the entree or the dessert, both aren't necessary. But I highly recommend the cheese, I was worried it would be too 70's, but it totally wasn't!
Service was g9od but food wasn't. It's over hyped and horribly over price. Stay home put a lot filled with your favorite liquid in your own stove then cook your food on sticks in the pot. It will cost less and taste better.
Nice quiet and intimate place. Only thing that bugged me is the waitress didn’t flambé our dessert 😭 I was upset. Pretty pricey as well, but I knew that and it didn’t bother me. Food was delicious.
Great food and great service
We went just for dessert to celebrate a12 yr old being in a play The kids ordered their chocolate and we ordered two wines. The kids were done two plates of dippers and our wine never came Then they had to wait for us to drink the wine. Second set of dippers wasn’t correct Overall a very disappointing waste of money.
The smell of your clothing afterwards only makes it that much worse
We have been to this Melting Pot many times, but this was out worst visit to date. The service eas poor - I don't know if our waitress was new or just unprepared. My son ordered a mocktail called a Chocolate Milk which should have had vanilla ice cream in it, but it was just regular chocolate milk. When I told the waitress that he had just received chocolste milk, she argued with me & told me he was wronh. I could tell from it's consistency that there was no ice cream. What a wastr of money. When our entrees were deliveref they substituted sausage for shrimp without telling us. I complained just asba manager walked by, so a plate of shrimp was quickly delivered. In no hurry to go back, although I've loved this place in the padt.
We came for guest appreciation. The server, Eric was great! Personable, attentive and accommodating. The price of our meals were what brought us in. The menu selection was great. We chose a bottle of wine to enjoy with our meal as well.
We will be back.
The food was very good and all mixed right in front of our eyes!! We stayed a little late and I could tell the staff was getting tired of us but it was understandable!! Overall great experience
“Lover’s Lane” at the Melting Pot, Warrington was super romantic! The restaurant was really crowded, but it felt like it was just us. This was probably my sixth trip to the melting pot, but I’ve never sat in that location before and it made it so perfect! The food as always was amazing. Love the melting pot-never lets me down!
Very Good Service
Great food and even better service! Another great night at one of our favorite restaurants.
I had a great time there. This was my boyfriend and I's first time going, and we really loved our. Our server, Mike, was wonderful in explaining the menu to us and was open to all questions. He even asked us if we were celebrating Valentine's Day and when we told him we were, he bought out a plate with "Happy Valentine's Day" written in chocolate to surprise us. It was pricier than we normally go for but it was absolutely worth it. The food was great and it was a cozy and romantic experience
Having a reservation didn't seem to mean that we got seated any more quickly. We were seated in the bar section by ourselves. It was quiet and intimate for the majority of the meal, until an off duty employee came to drink at the bar and complain loudly to the bartender. That was a bit uncomfortable, but thankfully it was towards the end of our meal. We didn't LOVE our food. The chicken was over seasoned to the point of not being palatable. But the dessert and cheese courses were amazing. Our server was wonderful and attentive throughout the entirety of our 2+ hour meal.
Had such a good early Valentine's Day dinner here this week. It was a great change up to our normal out to dinner experience-- loved all the options and cooking the food right in front of us was awesome! Service was great and our waitress even though still relatively new was super knowledgeable and helpful to us first timers. Oh and the chocolate s'mores dessert fondue.... AMAZING. Highly recommend for a date night-- especially in the Lover's Lane section!
Wonderful. Our son had fun & the restaurant honored his good grades with a free meal. They even write a nite in chocolate on his plate. He was delighted
Every year, my girlfriends and I celebrate with a dinner at the Melting Pot. We have been going for more years than we like to admit and have enjoyed eating at several locations. (including a few that aren't thee anymore. LOL) Warrington has become our go to location. While some dinners are better than others, we have never had a bad experience. As usual, our service was good and the food was delicious. There is plenty of parking and if you want to do a little shopping, there are many shops nearby. We would come here again. . .and probably will next year.
I took my fiancé there to celebrate his birthday. Everything was great, except our service. The server was terrible. It was 15 minutes before he even came to our table to take our drink order. He was not very friendly or conversational. Time in between was way too long. Going there for 4 courses you expect to be there around 2 hours - we were there rolling on a little over 3. We needed drink refills, he was no where to be found. Came to the table when it was time for chocolate, asked if we knew what we wanted and we didn’t even have a menu. Everything else was great but the service was terrible.
There is only one word to describe the Melting Pot, Magical. For starters the cheese fondue takes you to a magical place where dairy meets your tastebuds with a friendly hello. The entree wisps you to a time where making food was an art not a lifestyle. Finally, for dessert you are taken to a beautiful chocolate fountain of glory where your tongue can swim in the wavy goodness that is the Flaming Turtle.
My (young) kids took me for my birthday. Many tables around us were there for the same so lots of happy bdays sang and special plates. They forgot our bday celebration and my kids were bummed. So, food and time with family was great. Service not so much.
The amount of food seems lesser than what it used to be though the price remains the same.
Padded Check? Charged $85 extra. 2 mushroom pasta pieces to 5 pieces of steak.
We received the check at 11pm when the restaurant was only 25% full. That check had to be corrected as it was $85 more than it should have been. The wait staff and assistant manager who apparently was told to correct the check had plenty of time to double check the bill before presenting it to us. The assistant manager did not void the sale and just issued a refund on the already paid check. Normally the sale is voided and they start over because who knows if they just printed a "refund". The assistant manager did not comp us for this major mistake. Will not be back there at all.
Our waiter was awesome!! He explained the different fondue options too.
We all enjoyed all of the food!
The experience my girlfriends and I had was not great. I understood that it was a fondue restaurant but I certainly was not prepared for our food to come out raw and that we’d have to cook it ourselves. Our reservations was for 8:30pm. We got there about 5 minutes late, which we called ahead and told them. There was not problem with that. We sat pretty promptly and a manager came over to get us started with drinks prior to our server coming to the table. We appreciated the prompt attention. Our server seemed knowledgeable and was nice. The service was fine. Not over the top, but standard and well mannered. Because we were there for a Ladies Night Out, we did the 4 course meal. Cheese, salad, dinner, desert. The cheese and salad were only ok. The raw dinner items came out and there were so many cook times and we all have such a variety of food that only about 1/3 of our food (that we obviously had to cook) was edible. The dinner course seemed to take a very long time to finally get to us. I believe it was about 45 minutes from the time we were done our salad to the time we received our raw meats and raw veggies/sides. Cooking our own dinner was a disaster. When desert finally came it was past 11pm. But it was tasty and fun to dip food in chocolate. For us though, by the time we got it, we were well beyond ready to leave. After we nibbled on dessert we asked for the check and asked what time they close. Our server said 10pm. OMG. Fortunately we never felt rushed by them but couldn’t believe we stayed there for 3.5 hours due to the process. We paid and still gave a 16% tip. I would only come back to this chain for dessert. The service and the people were satisfactory but the concept is not cool for dinner.
Great atmosphere. Comfort food. Attentive staff. Made to feel special.
