Our reservation was for 6. I called ahead and let the host know we would be a few minutes late. We arrived at 6:09 and were not seated until 6:30. A server didn’t visit us until 6:45 and our waters were not brought out until 7. Overall it just wasn’t a wonderful experience, especially considering we spent almost $200. There are other higher quality restaurants in the area that have a lower price point. I do not believe we will be back.

The website is really confusing as to the whole process, hard to find information on options and what things cost. We went for our 1st wedding anniversary. They had roses and petals set out which was beautiful. When you get your receipt and see all that itemized it’s a little weird. $65 for a dozen roses and some flower petals spread around. We went for the experience and occasion so not a big deal but going forward a little transparency would be nice, we would have had a great time without all that. Bailey was our server, she was great and very informative. We did a Create your Own and it was way too much food for us to eat. It is most definitely better when shared. The sauces were amazing, the meat was good, chocolate was delicious. Definitely a fun experience if you want a splurge. Edit: realized 6 chocolate strawberries were included in that $65 also, so take that as you will in regards to price.

Cheese and dessert were the best. The beef and chicken were heavily seasoned. The chicken had a strong flavor of dijon and the filet tasted like cheap taco seasoning..Both had way too much. For the price I much rather have someone cook the meat and veggies for me. Proportion size was very small for the price. I would only return for the cheese and desserts.

This is a hard review to do. First of all… all of the servers and staff were very nice. They were so nice that it makes me feel bad doing the review…. I will give the disclaimer that i do not go to this venue often, but i have been there twice in the last 15-20 years… and i remember it being better. I will also give the disclaimer that they were busy… i am not sure if this is normal, but the slow service made it seem like they were not used to it. The drinks took WAY to long to come… i thought it was just a slow bartender that took over 15 minutes to get a Martini, (that came with no olives) however, it took nearly as long to get a glass of wine…. The food quality was good… but it was like they were not able to turn the oil up ‘hot’ enough to cook it correctly. I have done Fondue Many times over the years (oil), and maybe for safety they have to keep it turned down so it does not spit… but it did not cook the meat like i liked…. The cheese fondue and the Creme Brulee fondue were EXCELLENT. It seemed like they tried…. but just did not hit the mark. But i was taking my 12 year old GRANDSON to his first fondue, and he really liked it. Due to cost/value, i am not sure if i will be back…..

I came for the experience. Perfect location for a proposal and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s expensive for what you’re eating, but the environment makes up for that. Plus I liked that I was able to purchase gift cards in advance so I didn’t have to stress about cost as much. Definitely made for a memorable night.

While I usually expect two hours for dinner here, 3 hours with 25 minutes spent waiting for the boiling pot of oil to be picked up after all food was all cooked and consumed was disappointing. We were celebrating a birthday and the birthday girl was getting anxious about opening presents while we waited and watched the time tick by. Good food, which is why we come here and the service was lacking this time.

Went here with my fiancé for my birthday. The server and the restaurant definitely made me feel special that night. It was my first time eating here and it was very delicious. The whole cooking process was fun, a lot like Asian hot pot that I’m used to eating but with an cheesy/chocolatey twist! This place was wonderful for a special and fun date night :)

Our server disappeared on us for almost 35 minutes. Put our cooking broth on the table and then was just gone. They actually had to give us more broth because so much had cooked away. The food was standard melting pot which is good but the service was terrible. Honestly felt more like we were being waited on by a dive bar waitress. Which really ruined what was supposed a nice anniversary for my wife and I.

Came in February 27 2023, @ 4oclock Our server rarely check on us, in fact we waited 15 mins before we were greeted at our table. I understand when it’s busy, but we went in at 4 o’clock and we were only the third table in there. There was a couple that sat next to us. They sat in after we finished our first course, and they got their bill before we got our 3rd course. While our server was nowhere to found. Even the manager checked on the couple next to us and asked how the food was but he didn’t bother to check on us once. I wish we got the server that helped the table next to us It was my moms 42 birthday, it was really disappointing for my mom! :( We did tip 22%($43.00) because we always tip, we usually tip 50% of our bill. We would’ve left a generous tip if our server was more active and attentive.

It was AMAZING. Kendall runs a great restaurant. Jeff our server was attentive, helpful and just the right amount of friendly. The food was fresh, flavorful and there was plenty to eat. The atmosphere was the right mix of come enjoy a nice adult dinner and have fun doing so. I am already making plans with the rest of my family for us to all go and enjoy a great dinning experience

Our server was very helpful and attentive. The Melting Pot provides a great place for folks, who can afford it, to celebrate special occasions. The menu provide a nice variety of fondue selections.

The restaurant was loud and tight seating to maneuver a wheelchair. Seemed a bit over priced to have to cook your own food. Had to flag down a staff person to unlock the handicap toilet stall and was told that it was a broken lock and always locks itself. Had to wait extended periods to have drinks and water filled even though the had a water staff member. For the price that is charged and what we spent the customer service should have been better.

The food and ambiance was great the only down part to my evening was the service my particular waitress was very rude at times and very disingenuous when attempting to make conversation and making me and my wife feel welcome
