We were greeted with the host telling our server she had another table and her response, right in front of us, was “ugh another one?!” The dinner took two and a half hours. Not because of slow fondue cooking, but the server. We didn’t get our waters for 15 minutes, the cheese for 20, and the salads didn’t come until 50 minutes after we were seated. The broccoli and banana’s were missing from our plates and when we asked she said they were out. So instead of offering a substitute we had to ask for one. It was overall a very disappointing experience.

We were waiting a long time for the food, they did not have enough staff to attend, it was only because of the attention that the waitress gave us so kindly, that we did not make the decision to leave. Our reservation was at 6pm and we left the restaurant at 10:30pm, more than 4 hours in a restaurant?? it's insane.

This was our first time at this location, had dined at others out of state over the years. We made a reservation a few weeks out and arrived on time, however had to wait with other groups for about 20 minutes for a table. Service was fine until we received the dessert at which point the waitress asked multiple times if we were done even though we were clearly still eating. Food was delicious, however for the price point the service and ambience should be up to par.

Then service alone was the best part. Our waitress was amazing and made it they best experience. I can’t rave enough about her. (Lyndsey) she’s the real MVP. My husband and I celebrated Valentine’s Day at the melting pot and had the pleasure of meeting Lindsey! She was the best server I have ever had. She was perfectly attentive and made sure we always had what we needed. She explained the menu items so well and even offered a few options that weren’t on the menu anymore! She was joy to be around! Unfortunately our Melting Pot experience didn't live up to the hype. The food items that we were provided to dip into our starter cheese sauce were mediocre in quality. The tomatoes were soft, the breads were stale and whatever it was that called carrots were inedible. The meats provided for our entree was decent. Unfortunately there wasn't any tags on what the proteins were or what the sauces that accompanied the proteins were. There weren't any fans in the restaurant and we left the restaurant smelling like we had been cooking for hours. The dessert baked items were tasteless. The chocolate was enjoyable with the small amount of provided fruit. For the cost of the experience it definitely wasn't worth it. We can mark it off of our restaurant bucket list but we don't need to go there again.

Not what it used to be, at least at this location. And I haven’t been to this restaurant in about a year so I understand corporate initiate changes but I don’t understand why they would change some thing that seem to be working They don’t make the cheese at the table anymore, The dippers didn’t have the variety of bread or veggies, cauliflower especially, they put broccoli for the cheese dippers and removed it from the regular meal and replaced it with zucchini that just gets soggy. They also now charge extra for their classic lineup which was the original assortment of meats. Also for the dessert they do not have the same variety and cheesecake is no longer part of the dippers. Prices have gone up, not the same experience and other selections.

It was our first time at this location. We had a malfunctioning burner so we got switched to a different table in the middle of dinner - although it wasn’t anyone’s fault, although we did miss out on a good experience with our cheese fondu. Since it wasn’t kept in temperature we had very cold and thick cheese. After being transferred we felt delays in being checked on, like asking for drink refills and the check. The food was good, the server was good and informative, but just minor setbacks. We chose the dinner for two four-course meal, ordered alcohol, and had dinner at 4:30PM on a Sunday. We’d go back again, but expect to be there for a total of 2.5-3 hours for dinner.

This was our first experience at the melting pot. We could over hear the other servers explain the special menu and process. Our server did not offer any information unless we specifically asked. My husband ordered the special with steak, shrimp and lobster. He did not receive the lobster but the server did not offer to adjust the bill. The food was great and we enjoyed our time but we were not overall pleased with our server.
