Service was great. Food was also great. Definitely would recommend more seclusion for the romantic dinners planned as it was pretty noisy and didn’t feel nearly as private as other locations. The roses were beautiful but if you are going to have floating candles, probably a good idea to have it floating in a clean container. The candle basically lit up a really dirty glass. Other than that everything was really nice.

We had a later dinner reservation, but we just ate at the melting pot in Gatlinburg before coming to try this one and the experience was completely different. The food tasted old like it had sat out for a while, and now we are spending a day of our vacation recovering with upset stomachs. The bread tasted moldy, and the meats were slimy. After us being at the other location in Gatlinburg then trying this one we we’re definitely disappointed.

Easter/ Family gathering- Group of 10 Lindsay was our waitress and she was fantastic. There were 10 of us, including children, and she met the challenge with professionalism and positive energy. She was perfect for our group and went out of her way to do something special for my mother. The food was great but Lindsay made the experience fun and memorable. If you go to this location, request her. She made it easier to order with a large group.

We had a fabulous experience at The Melting Pot in Pensacola. I have an autistic 4 year old who loves fondue and they accommodated every request including being seated in a secluded area (had our own room). I wish I could remember my servers name because he was wonderful. Overall, great experience.

We were greeted with the host telling our server she had another table and her response, right in front of us, was “ugh another one?!” The dinner took two and a half hours. Not because of slow fondue cooking, but the server. We didn’t get our waters for 15 minutes, the cheese for 20, and the salads didn’t come until 50 minutes after we were seated. The broccoli and banana’s were missing from our plates and when we asked she said they were out. So instead of offering a substitute we had to ask for one. It was overall a very disappointing experience.

We were waiting a long time for the food, they did not have enough staff to attend, it was only because of the attention that the waitress gave us so kindly, that we did not make the decision to leave. Our reservation was at 6pm and we left the restaurant at 10:30pm, more than 4 hours in a restaurant?? it's insane.

This was our first time at this location, had dined at others out of state over the years. We made a reservation a few weeks out and arrived on time, however had to wait with other groups for about 20 minutes for a table. Service was fine until we received the dessert at which point the waitress asked multiple times if we were done even though we were clearly still eating. Food was delicious, however for the price point the service and ambience should be up to par.

Then service alone was the best part. Our waitress was amazing and made it they best experience. I can’t rave enough about her. (Lyndsey) she’s the real MVP. The cheese was great and chocolate was great but the meat part of the course was not the best. Very bland and no taste. But over all it was a nice first impression.
