Excellent experience. Was our 32nd Anniversary and The Melting Pot did not fail to disappoint. They have consistently provided a wonderful experience throughout the years. So much great food in a nice private quiet atmosphere. No complaints at all.

Great service, great food and experience. We were the first to arrive at 5 and sat outside. Our server, who was also the bartender, was exceptional. The manager came over several times to make sure we were having a great experience. Very professional and helpful staff. The food is always delicious here. We were stuffed and had to take most to go. Love it here!!

Made a reservation for a Valentine’s Day dinner at 9pm. As a courtesy to the restaurant, we called to let them know we would be a few min late but would be there by 9:05. We were thanked for the update but were not told about the wait time until we arrived at the restaurant. Upon arrival, we were notified that there were 15 people ahead of us and there would be a wait. Several other couples waited by the host stand in a similar situation, waiting despite having made a reservation. We were asked for a phone number and told we would receive a call once our table was ready. After waiting outside the restaurant for 45 minutes, we called to ask how many more people were ahead of us on the waiting list to get a better sense of how much longer the wait would be. Miraculously, we were told a table was ready. When we got back to the restaurant 5 min later, it seemed the table that may have been ready was potentially given away as we had to wait another 15 or so minutes. Food was decent but had to take most of it to go due to how late it was in the evening. The information about the Valentine’s day reservations stated tables would be reserved for a specific duration. This would lead one to believe that there should be no issues with ensuring reservations are accommodated on time. We kept a positive attitude and did not complain to the staff, who were visibly tired and stressed from the chaos of the day. I understand mistakes can happen, and it is not always clear what causes delays with reservations. Whether it was a disconnect between the online reservation booking, and reservations being made over the phone, I will not be relying on this restaurant for reservations on special occasions again. I can imagine on a normal day the experience would be fine, but cannot say the same about holidays after this instance. Ultimately I hope this helps inform others of the risk they are taking when making a reservation for a special occasion/holiday.

We made reservations for our daughter and a friend for dinner to celebrate her 18th birthday. As usual, The Melting Pot never fails to impress and made her experience extra-special. She appreciated the balloon package and was thrilled to enjoy her favorite dishes at her most favorite restaurant. Good food but they seated us next to a room of kids that ran out to terrorize the tables around it. Strongly recommend putting a door on room with groups and ask parents with kids to make sure they don’t come up to other tables or come screaming down the aisles wrestling..

We were a group of 2 couples just our for a fun evening. Our waitress, Brook, was awesome far as friendliness, knowledge of menu, accommodating our diet preferences and there when we needed. I would love to see a few more low carb dipper options for the 2 in our group on keto diet. But they used to have a dark brown pumpernickel bread as a dipper for the cheese and I totally missed that as an option since ir paired so well with the cheese. We did one burner with Coq au Vin broth & a grill on the other which was a nice option to have both. We had the flaming turtle chocolate as well as the toffee crunch and added peanut butter to that which was amazing and will now be our preferred dessert there. We always love our Melting Pot experiences when we feel like splurging on ourselves. Yum!

It was our 25th wedding anniversary and picking the melting pot was the prefect choice for dinner. Our waiter was very enthusiastic and fun while also being informative on everything he was doing. The food was excellent and very fresh. Definitely recommend for any occasion.

My son was visiting from out of state, and had never been to The Melting Pot. He loved it! We had a great time and enjoyed wonderful food and service. This location is always our first choice. We have never had a bad experience and will continue dining here for special occasions as well as times we simply want a great dining experience.

Hasn’t tasted the same as I have tried before. Too much wine and garlic in fondue. Overpowers the bouquet of flavors. Waiters could be a little more attentive.
