Good food but we waiting over an hour before we got drinks or food.
We had a romantic dinner here on a Saturday night. Our server Jess was fantastic and always made sure she kept a good communication about the food and drinks. Food was so fresh and delicious
Have wanted to go to a Melting Pot for years and years. Finally got to go recently. So...it wasn't as great as I wanted it to be, but it wasn't bad either. Our server was good, although things started slowly. All the folks who interacted with us were very sociable and friendly. We chose the 3 course meal options. I was surprised that we all had to share one pot and pick the same cheese and dessert, but that's on me. I should have figured that.
We chose the Alpine cheese and it was good. Unlike some reviews I read, we were given lots of dippers so that was not an issue. It was fun to share the fondue pot and the food quantity was acceptable. I could have had more cheese dip. Next was salad. It was fresh with an average portion. Dessert was good with plenty of assorted dippers. We each had one glass of wine and we left there feeling comfortable but stuffed. Which I guess is good.
This is not a budget-friendly experience so make sure you know that. You can average $50 a person for one drink, the 3 course and tax and tip.
All in all, it was good but not sure I'd go again. Maybe. Nice to try it at least once.
Sad I didn’t have our favorite waiter but the one we had was more than adequate. I goofed as to when the new promotion was starting and the manager gave me coupons because I was unhappy about it. (My fault totally so this is great customer service.
The food was way too expensive for the level of quality. Lots of kids on their tablets and cell phones on full blast. Would not go there again.
Always nice going here, but our waiter Kieran (sp? sorry!) made the experience way better. He was so kind and checked in frequently. Would absolutely recommend/request him every time.
Delicious food, relaxing music and fantastic ambiance.
I have been there a couple times including New Year’s Eve which we had fantastic service and the food is always top notch. This time that we went was the first time we brought our son with us and he won’t stop talking about the dessert and how much he wants to go again. We will definitely be going back again.
Wonderful experience. Nice date night. Especially first dates
We had a great time! Our server was Marcus and he was knowledgeable, personable and fun!
Came with my friends to celebrate getting a new job. Our waiter was the best experience. So friendly and fun. Jared made suggestions for us that were delicious and was around just enough! (Bow ties are cool!) if every waiter was like him, your customers would have the most excellent experience each time. Please have him train everyone to be as friendly, upbeat and fun. Thanks, Jared!
We only had the Cheese and Chocolate and it was plenty for us. We had the Spinach, garlic and artichoke cheese. I was very good - I would get it again. The Flaming Turtle was awesome. The martinis we had were very good as well. Service was a smidge slow in the beginning - at least it seemed liked we waited a long time for someone to come our table once seated (and we were seated right away) - but after that it was all good!
Waitress was great, food was Very good
My boyfriend and I went here for a spontaneous date. Upon walking in we were sat right away, however it took a fair amount of time before we were greeted by our server. From there on the service was slow the entire night, mind you we had an 8:30PM reservation. It wasn't like we arrived at prime time, when typically service can take a bit longer. Although the service was slow, our food was delightful and we had a great time.
My wife, children and I had a wonderful time. It was a 3 hour fun evening!
Good food, good service and guidance using the menu
Great experience, excellent service, will definitely dine in again!
We where regulars at the A.C. location that closed last year and it's a very different environment in Maple Shade. Much louder, different atmosphere/clientele. Not the fine dinning experince for a romantic night out we experienced for almost 10 yrs in A.C.
Fun place to eat. They have open seating and secluded seating for special occasions. Make sure you leave enough time for cooking, etc. This is not a "quick bite" place. Fun place for adults and older kids (watch the heating elements).
We visited this location for Lunch with the Easter Bunny. They had a wonderful lunch menu and fun activities planned for the kiddies. The Easter Bunny came around, took pictures, and the whole experience was a blast for our little guy!!! The staff was amazing every step of the way...from the time we were greeted, to our server Stephanie, the manager Alexis, the Easter Bunny, and the staff as we left. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. The food amazing!!! Wonderful experience...give it a try!!!
My girlfriend and I wanted a special place for our 2 year anniversary. The melting pot in maple shade was the perfect decision. Absolutely amazing experience. Our server, Kieran, was outstanding. He was friendly, kept good conversation, and even joked a bit.
Wonderful waitress and food. We were the last customers there and we were able to take our time and enjoy.
Excellent service and amazing food! Our server was attentive and the food was awesome!
When we had a later (8:30pm) reservation, arrived, and were seated in the smallest possible (literally) table, and we expressed how unhappy we were. Meanwhile, looking at an EMPTY restaurant, the hostess only said ‘she’ll she what she’ll have to do’ not even ‘what she CAN do’ but... I digress.
She then came back and told us she wasn’t able to seat us at a bigger table. We were speechless because it was now 9:00 and again, the entire restaurant had maybe 5 tables total.
We moved to the bar on our own. We couldn’t possibly sit comfortably for a long, nice meal, at a table meant for children.
Not where you want to sit for an intimate date..
But, we made ourselves more comfortable by seating ourselves at the bar, where our server was going to be the bartender ANYWAY.
It’s a shame this is the closest location because I’ve previously not had pleasant experiences here.
Everything was wonderful! I always enjoy coming here. The spinach and artichoke cheese has been my biggest pregnancy craving.
The melting pot is one of our favorite places to go. The food is amazing and the staff are the absolute best!
Between each part of meal took for e ver
We were there 3 hrs 20 minutes lol what was Going on In that kitchen?
Our waitress forgot some stuff but it is what it is, not sure it’s her career path but she was funny.
Our waitress nicole was amazing! She’s the best.
My friend and I went for the galentine’s day special.. moms night out.. was kinda disappointed the chocolate fondue wasn’t included, but it all worked out. We’d never been to that location and it was very impressive! Will def be back!
Overall great experience, would def go back.
Alexis the manager came over to the table and was checking on us throughout the meal. We were very pleased
Our server was excellent. Great place to take a date
Great date night...server Allison was wonderful!!!
Would have preferred booth, lots of young children - was louder than usual for a weeknight!
What can I say about the Maple Shade Melting Pot...wonderful, amazing, friendly, delicious!!
The Melting Pot is a great place to go with your husband or on a date. I go there usually with my husband to celebrate special occasion. is quiet, the waiters are nice and knowledgeable, and the food is great, the desert is amazing, taste really good. i recommend this place.
Great service and very nice waitress. It was my sister in law ‘s Birthday and they brought us extra portions for the chocolate and gave her chocolate covered strawberries to go which was a nice added surprise.
Our server Lauren was the best. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Totally worth the 30 minute drive.
Food was amazing and service was outstanding! Would definitely ear here again.
Good food but poor lighting. Hard to see if your chicken is fully cooked
I guess it's my fault for not really researching this place. I was not aware that you had to cook your own food. When we found that out, we were really upset. We were also disapointed when the bill came. If I wanted to spend 100 cooking my own food, I would've just stayed home for that. Our waitress was very nice, and the cheese fondue was great, and the chocolate fondue wasn't bad either. The food wasn't worth the price, very small portions, 50 dollars for 3 different chopped up steaks that fit on a plate as big as a dollar bill was not enough. I made a reservation for the day after Valentine's day, we got there 30 minuets before our reservation, it wasn't busy at all, but they made us wait. A family of 4 walked in right after us without a reservation, and they took them immediately. We sat down around 815 and we didn't leave this place until almost 10pm. The service was extremely slow for it not being busy. The other funny thing was, our waitress asked us if we would like any more desert dippers and we asked for more bananas, and brownies, she brought us a tiny little plate with 4 little tiny slices of the end of a banana and a small brownie cut into 4 pieces. I was expecting her to bring us more, so ibwant sure why she even bothered to ask. We ended up getting out of there after that. I wouldn't recommend the melting pot to anyone. I'm actually sorry that we wasted our time and our money here.
