   Always a pleasure having dinner here. It's a bit pricey, but mostly worth it. I wish the people at the front were better at their job though. They leave you hanging sometimes. Better communication is needed by the front door folks.

   Fantastic! First time eating at the Louisville location. Everything was amazing! I think our server was either new or very distracted. We had to ask multiple times for the same thing and she kept forgetting. She was sweet, just not experienced. Melting Pot is still my favorite restaurant and I'm excited to go again on Sunday to the Littleton location!

   Had a fun time at The Melting Pot in Louisville. Really neat interior (coal mine theme) and fantastic service. Food was tasty but very expensive considering the portion size and the fact that you cook it yourself. My wife and I shared an appetizer and an entree, had three drinks total and the bill was $109 before tip. We didn’t get the chocolate fondue pot this time but we’ll definitely go back for that. All in all probably not gonna be a regular place for us to dine given the cost but will certainly be on the “special occasion” list

   Waitress and wait staff were very attentive. Food was excellent. Table and service were very clean. Tried not to think about all the dust I could see overhead, on light fixtures, open ceiling, beams, elevator shaft area. This should have been better maintained during COVID and after Marshall Fire at the least. Evidence would suggest otherwise.

    Slowwwww service we were there well over 2 hours.. had to keep asking for refills on water etc. super expensive for what we got. Looks like the place could use a refresh.. felt kinda dirty. Not sure it was worth $180 dollars including a very good tip.

    My daughter and I have made this a tradition, to enjoy Melting Pot fondue 1-2 a year. It is always a treat and we appreciate the positivity of the wait staff and the hosts. Food is always on point. Only one thing to complain about… the size of the cut on the teriyaki beef was a bit large and therefore difficult to consume.

    It was our anniversary dinner. We hardly eat out, and never go to expensive restaurants, but we decided to celebrate. We got there for our reservation and they had a wait (fine) & after about ten minutes, the hostess comes over and says a name (while looking at a different couple), and they follow. We wait until it's well after our reservation time and finally the hostess comes over and announces she's ready to seat a party for a name that isn't ours and that the other party isn't responding to. I ask if they sat someone else as us, and they check and see that they did. I understand that it's not the hostess's fault that another party responded to someone else's name, but also, if you as a hostess aren't sure who the party is, maybe announce who you are ready to seat to the ROOM full of people waiting instead of talking quietly to ONE of the parties. This wouldn't have been a huge deal, but then we were sat in a corner where the AC was blowing DIRECTLY on us. When it was 32 degrees outside. I didn't dress up for a fancy dinner to have to wear my jacket INDOORS, especially when I'm paying for a meal that is all about the experience. The tables adjacent to us had different waiters who checked on them routinely, and our waitress came maybe once every 20 minutes. After coming by for the table next to us three times, a different waitress finally came by and refilled our waters. I thought the food was really tasty, but it was overshadowed by such bad service and environment that made the experience bad overall. My husband was underwhelmed by the food and said he never expected to pay that much for a meal and still leave hungry. He was also upset by the whole experience, which is saying a lot, because he is a very chill, "go with the flow" kind of person. All I could think was that our experience probably would have been a million times better if we got seated when we were supposed to - in a different waiter's section and not directly under the AC.

    It was my husband’s first experience with fondue and it did not disappoint. Our server was so nice and the food was all amazing. We didn’t feel rushed or anything and had a great time. Yes it is expensive, but we knew what we were getting into. I would absolutely go back for a date night.

    Fun! Fondue is just fun and different — the Wisconsin cheese dip and the chocolate/pb dessert are a must! The entrês are fun but really need the sauces for flavor— it’s the cheese and the dessert you MUST get. This location was super cute and different from others we have been to. Very friendly for sure recommend. Not 1st date tho😂

    We came here for restaurant week. The food was incredible as always. The drinks were also top notch. The service wasn’t bad but we had to ask other staff for help more often than our waitress as she was a bit hard to track down. Overall a very enjoyable night out

    We had 10 people in our party and we were told we had to pick a package that we didn’t want. I asked if we had to purchase desert and they told me yes. We had our desert packed up to go and we were surprised when we got home with about 6 ounces of chocolate for 10 people. We paid almost 1000 dollars for dinner. When I called the restaurant they told me if I was unhappy I could come back and get a couple more ounces of chocolate. Very disappointing

    Went for the Valentine’s Day service. The Service itself was immaculate. Drew provided incredible information and was so helpful. I loved the champagne Swiss fondue (my partner didn’t as they are not an alcohol fan so it was too much for them) The Mojo cooking style was lackluster. The meats just didn’t have a ton of flavor outside of the chicken. I’ve never had bland filet. I’ve been here before too and don’t recall it being so bland so perhaps it was the mojo just didn’t do it for us. The crème brûlée was delicious and probably the best part. They price though I think was too high. 214 to start then 20 in tax and a surcharge brought it to 250. Definitely not worth it. I am still a fan of this place but won’t return for Valentine’s Day. The usual 100 ish it costs is a better price for everything in my opinion. Will return I’m sure outside of a holiday special. 🙂

    Such a fun place for a date night or Valentine's Day. The cheese and chocolate fondue were by far our favorite. We could go back there over and over again for those. The entree fondue was good, but wasn't our favorite part. It takes a good amount of time to cook everything, but overall we loved the experience! We even had roses and a teddy bear on the table when we arrived.

    Overall it was about what we expected. I was disappointed in the wine and cocktail selection. (Overpriced less than average wine) our servers kept rushing us through the meal (asking if I was finished with plates that clearly we weren’t done with). Maybe they overbooked the reservations but for $300 a couple feeling rushed out the door pretty much guaranteed we likely won’t go back. There are much better options for that price tag.

    The experience was great, good food, nice wait staff. However, they had a pre fix menu for Valentine’s Day with a bunch of extras like flowers and teddy bears. We were there for a birthday, we weren’t notified that it was all included in the very large price. We would have rather not had the extras and celebrated her birthday instead of being forced to celebrate Valentine’s Day with our party of 4.

    I love the fondue experience. It's a very quiet place to enjoy your time with your family and friends. There were some fatty pieces of meat, but overall the food was very good.
